La investigación por la larga lista de escuchas ilegales que el gobierno del ex presidente Mauricio Macri realizó a traves de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia que comandó su amigo personal, Gustavo Arribas, suma un querellante del riñón de Cambiemos: El Jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad, Horacio Rodriguez Larreta, quien se presentó como damnificado ante la justicia.<\/p>\n

Acompañado de su abogado, Mariano Mendilharzu, el alcalde de la Ciudad se presentó ante el juzgado del Federico Villena -quien tramita la causa- y tuvo acceso al expediente. Según La Nación, Villena le presentó a Rodríguez Larreta una serie de audios y fotografías que habrían sido tomadas como parte de una serie de maniobras de espionaje. Acto seguido, su abogado presentó un escrito al juzgado para ser tenido como querellante en la causa, en la que rige el secreto de sumario.<\/p>\n

Durante el encuentro, Villena le exhibió al jefe de gobierno porteño unas fotografías de un encuentro que mantuvo con la diputada Graciela Ocaña, así como también fotografías tomadas en otros restaurantes.<\/p>\n

El pasado lunes, la ex presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner tambien participó de una audiencia con el magistrado de Lomas de Zamora, donde fue citada como testigo en el marco de una investigación. <\/p>\n

Según trascendidos de la causa, Villena investiga "la existencia de una organización criminal con inserción en el Estado Nacional, Provincial y Local, cuyos integrantes cumpliendo diferentes roles estratégicos y valiéndose de su calidad de funcionarios y\/o empleados públicos y agentes y\/o dependientes de las Fuerzas de Seguridad y\/o de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia, habrían llevado a cabo distintas maniobras ilícitas de carácter indeterminado y realizado tareas de inteligencia y\/o espionaje en infracción a la ley 25.520, en distintos periodos y abarcando diversas jurisdicciones".<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
