A traves de sus redes, la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández cruzó a los jueces Martín Irurzun y Leopoldo Bruglia, por anularar el pedido que había hecho la magistrada Servini de Cubría para peritar las llamadas del expresidente Mauricio Macri en la causa que investiga el espionaje ilegal. "No hay argentino más impune que Mauricio Macri. Espero que algunos argentinos y argentinas se den cuenta", disparó Cristina.<\/p>\n

Lo que provocó la reaccion de la ex presidenta es que la jueza Servini pidió que se revisen las llamadas del expresidente y otros miembros de su gobierno con empresarios, desde 2016 a 2019, y la Cámara Federal hizo lugar al planteo de los abogados de Macri contra esa medida de Servini. <\/p>\n

"Los jueces Martín Irurzun (el de la doctrina de las prisiones preventivas para los opositores de Macri) y Leopoldo Bruglia (el trasladado flojo de papeles, sin acuerdo del Senado y sin prestar juramento de Ley) acaban de consagrar una vez más la impunidad para Mauricio Macri", comenzó CFK contra la resolución judicial.<\/p>\n

"La jueza Servini de Cubría había solicitado a las empresas telefónicas "las llamadas realizadas -y celdas activadas- entre el 01 de enero de 2016 y 31 de agosto de 2019 por Macri y por otros funcionarios de alto rango del Poder Ejecutivo". ¡Ojo!: no el contenido de las llamadas", explicó.<\/p>\n

En otro twit, la vicepresidenta señaló, que "la prueba solicitada iba a demostrar la existencia de la mesa judicial macrista y su articulación con los servicios de inteligencia y con distintos miembros del Poder Judicial de la Nación para perseguir opositores y apoderarse de empresas ajenas".<\/p>\n

"Estos son los jueces y esta es la oposición que hablan de impunidad señalando con el dedo al Gobierno y al@FrenteDeTodos. ¿A nosotros con la impunidad? Allanaron mis casas, rompieron paredes, se llevaron objetos personales, me citaron a indagatoria 8 veces en un día…", reclamó Fernández de Kirchner.<\/p>\n

Y agregó, "Me espiaron, me siguieron, me escucharon y difundieron llamadas privadas ilegalmente… Y se llenan la boca hablando de la República. Máximo tenía razón: en ningún lugar del mundo Macri va a tener más impunidad que en la Argentina. El Poder Judicial argentino se la garantiza".<\/p>\n
