El pasado viernes 7 de agosto, el juez en lo Civil y Comercial Federal, Javier Pico Terrero, hizo lugar a la solicitud de prueba anticipada <\/a>presentada por los abogados de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, por la difamaciones publicadas<\/a> en el panel de conocimiento de la página principal de Google.<\/p>\n

Este lunes, a defensa de la Vicepresidenta notificó a la empresa la resolución judicial que ordenó la pericia informática contra el gigante informático para determinar el alcance del daño perpetrado.<\/p>\n

En el acta que tuvo acceso Primereando<\/strong>, se obliga a Google que “deberá arbitrar los medios para conservar los datos asociados al nombre Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y Cristina Kirchner, a partir del 17 de mayo de 2020 hasta el día en que se realice la pericia”, que llevarán adelante expertos en informática.<\/p>\n

De esta manera, se reconoce a Google como la exclusiva propietaria, administradora y responsable del contenido de la plataforma y del riesgo que conlleva la pérdida de la información a la hora de mensurar los daños y perjuicios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
