En un contexto de fuerte inversión pública para combatir la pandemia de coronavirus, la empresa estatal YPF anunció la producción de un millón de tests rápidos por mes junto a la firma Neokit.  <\/p>\n

Según se informó, el objetivo es cubrir la demanda prioritaria del sistema público de salud y abastecer al sector privado y luego la exportación.<\/p>\n

El acuerdo fue rubricado entre Y-TEC, la firma de investigación y desarrollo dependiente de YPF, y Neokit S.A.S. (empresa conformada por investigadores del Instituto Milstein y el Laboratorio Pablo Cassará). El proyecto busca ampliar y acelerar la capacidad de respuesta del sistema de salud ante la pandemia.<\/p>\n

El desarrollo de los tests garantizaría el abastecimiento prioritario al sistema público de salud en cantidad suficiente y precio diferenciado, como así también el suministro al sector privado y la exportación. A su vez, permite a Y-TEC el uso de esta innovadora tecnología para desarrollar nuevas aplicaciones que resulten de alto impacto en otros ámbitos.<\/p>\n

Tras lograr la autorización de NEOKIT-COVID 19 en la ANMAT, las compañías comenzaron un acelerado proceso de escalado industrial y la validación de campo. Y las respuestas fueron ampliamente positivos.<\/p>\n

Con más de 400.000 test producidos y un amplio uso en los principales hospitales y centros de salud públicos del Área Metropolitana, NEOKIT-COVID 19 tuvo una rápida aceptación por parte de la comunidad médica por su alta confiabilidad, facilidad de uso, rapidez de diagnóstico y menor costo.<\/p>\n

La herramienta demostró una sensibilidad del 95%, un excelente resultado obtenido en una extensa validación de campo, que incluyó la contrastación del test con la tecnología Rt-PCR en más de 560 muestras en 11 centros de salud de referencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
