La estudiante Juana Carrasco contó en redes sociales que la estafaron en una compra que realizó a través de la plataforma Mercado Libre, que pertenece al empresario macrista Marcos Galperín. Había adquirido una notebook por 140 mil pesos, pero cuando llegó el paquete adentro había una botella de licor. <\/p>\n

Además de la bronca por lo sucedido, Carrasco contó el destrato que recibió de la empresa. “Seguí todos los pasos como indica Mercado Libre. Nunca hablé por mensaje de texto ni WhatsApp, siempre me comuniqué a través de la plataforma, el pago y el envío se hizo a través de ellos también. Sin embargo cuando hice el reclamo, al día siguiente me dijeron que le daban la razón al vendedor”, contó Juana a Infobae.<\/p>\n

Desde Mercado Libre no le dieron respuesta ni le atendieron el teléfono. “Por lo que averiguamos el vendedor hizo lo correcto, puso efectivamente adentro de la caja lo que vendió. No hay una estafa por su parte”, aseguraron desde ML. <\/p>\n

La indignación de la usaria creció cuando llegó una respuesta de Mercado Libre por mail: “Gracias por contarnos que te llegó una botella. En este caso no fue posible cubrirte con nuestro Programa de compra protegida. Por eso cerramos el reclamo y el dinero permanecerá en la cuenta de tu vendedor”.<\/p>\n

El comunicado de la empresa siguió con una arenga insólita: "Ante todo queremos darte una disculpa con lo sucedido con el envío, sabemos que son tiempos difíciles y que este tipo de cosas te bajan mucho el ánimo. Por eso, ten la seguridad de que inconvenientes como este no volverán a pasar y te damos la seguridad de que podrás seguir generando excelentes experiencias en el site. Sentimos que esta compra no haya salido como esperabas, pero confiamos en que las próximas serán exitosas”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
