Se busca empezar a paliar el d&eacute;ficit habitacional que tiene la provincia m&aacute;s grande del pa&iacute;s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seg&uacute;n el anuncio, se trata de una inversi&oacute;n que supera los 190 mil millones de pesos en los pr&oacute;ximos tres a&ntilde;os, con alrededor de 50.000 viviendas y m&aacute;s de 91.000 lotes con servicios destinados a la construcci&oacute;n de casas en todo el territorio provincial.<\/p>\n<p>El detalle del Plan:<br \/>\n-Construcci&oacute;n de nuevas viviendas: 33.600 viviendas ($ 85.679 millones).<br \/>\n-Reactivaci&oacute;n de obras de viviendas: 9.738 viviendas ($ 9.880 millones).<br \/>\n-Generaci&oacute;n de lotes con servicios: 85.353 lotes ($ 10.120 millones).<br \/>\n-Proyectos de urbanizaci&oacute;n en barrios populares: 507 proyectos ($ 33.222 millones)<br \/>\n-Mejoras habitacionales y de h&aacute;bitat: 18.426 obras ($ 11.509 millones).<br \/>\n-PROCREAR en PBA: 6.213 viviendas + 5.846 lotes ($ 39.776 millones).<\/p>\n<p>Adem&aacute;s, el Plan contempla la creaci&oacute;n de una Unidad Provincial de Tierra y Vivienda conformada por representantes de todos los ministerios para agilizar las pol&iacute;ticas habitacionales con todos los sectores involucrados y establecer desde ah&iacute; urgencias y prioridades; y tambi&eacute;n la reactivaci&oacute;n del Registro Provincial de Demanda Habitacional, que contempla la posibilidad de que los bonaerenses se inscriban all&iacute; para solicitar el acceso a una vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un programa que apunta a intentar paliar el que es el principal problema en provincia de Buenos Aires.
