{"id":61246,"date":"2020-11-02T21:33:06","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T21:33:06","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-11-02T21:33:06","modified_gmt":"2020-11-02T21:33:06","slug":"para-el-fiscal-bellver-macri-y-aguad-tienen-responsabilidad-penal-en-el-hundimiento-del-submarino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/11\/02\/para-el-fiscal-bellver-macri-y-aguad-tienen-responsabilidad-penal-en-el-hundimiento-del-submarino\/61246\/","title":{"rendered":"Para el fiscal Bellver Macri y Aguad tienen responsabilidad penal en el hundimiento del submarino"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este lunes el&nbsp;fiscal ante la C&aacute;mara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia, Norberto Bellver, plante&oacute; que el expresidente Mauricio Macri y el exministro de Defensa Oscar Aguad &quot;tienen responsabilidad&quot; penal en el hundimiento del submarino Ara San Juan, por lo que decidi&oacute; acompa&ntilde;ar los pedidos de las querellas para que ambos exfuncionarios sean imputados e indagados.<\/p>\n<p>En declaraciones a Radio Chubut AM580, Bellver&nbsp;expres&oacute; la misma sospecha sobre el exjefe de la Armada Marcelo Srur. En consecuencia,&nbsp;explic&oacute; que&nbsp;es el tribunal de apelaciones el que &quot;deber&aacute; resolver&quot; sobre el planteo formulado el &uacute;ltimo viernes.<\/p>\n<p>La postura de Bellver qued&oacute; plasmada en la audiencia de apelaciones que se realiz&oacute; la semana pasada y dur&oacute; dos jornadas, en las cuales las querellas de los familiares de los 44 tripulantes del Ara San Juan solicitaron que se agraven las calificaciones de los seis altos mandos procesados en primera instancia y que se investigue tambi&eacute;n a Macri, Aguad y Srur.<\/p>\n<p>La C&aacute;mara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia qued&oacute;, as&iacute;, en condiciones de resolver sobre esos planteos y los realizados por parte de las defensas, que reclamaron absoluciones, aunque, seg&uacute;n pudo saber T&eacute;lam, esa resoluci&oacute;n no se producir&aacute; esta semana.<\/p>\n<p>Por el hundimiento del submarino, cuyo &uacute;ltimo contacto se produjo el 15 de noviembre de 2017, el a&ntilde;o pasado la jueza federal de Caleta Olivia Marta Y&aacute;&ntilde;ez dict&oacute; el procesamiento sin prisi&oacute;n preventiva a seis exaltos mandos de la Armada, sobresey&oacute; a un s&eacute;ptimo marino y rechaz&oacute; investigar posibles responsabilidades de altos funcionarios del poder Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal ante la C\u00e1mara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia, Norberto Bellver, consider\u00f3 este lunes que el expresidente Mauricio Macri y el exministro de Defensa Oscar Aguad &#8220;tienen responsabilidad&#8221; penal en el hundimiento del submarino Ara San Juan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[292,2943,2942,126,2875,2814],"class_list":["post-61246","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-actualidad","tag-ara-san-juan","tag-camara-federal-de-comodoro-rivadavia","tag-marta-yanez","tag-mauricio-macri","tag-norberto-bellver","tag-oscar-aguad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
