{"id":61416,"date":"2020-11-11T16:23:47","date_gmt":"2020-11-11T16:23:47","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-11-11T16:23:47","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T16:23:47","slug":"ara-san-juan-denunciaron-a-macri-y-aguad-por-encubrimiento-agravado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/11\/11\/ara-san-juan-denunciaron-a-macri-y-aguad-por-encubrimiento-agravado\/61416\/","title":{"rendered":"ARA San Juan: denunciaron a Macri y Aguad por encubrimiento agravado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La querella mayoritaria de familiares de tripulantes del submarino ARA San Juan denunci&oacute; hoy al expresidente Mauricio Macri y al exministro de Defensa Oscar Aguad por el presunto encubrimiento del hundimiento del submarino, luego de que un miembro de la Armada asegur&oacute; ante la C&aacute;mara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia que desde el 5 de diciembre de 2017 el Gobierno de Cambiemos sab&iacute;a d&oacute;nde estaba la embarcaci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>La querella -patrocinada por los abogados Valeria Carreras, Lorena Arias y Fernando Burlando- present&oacute; esta ma&ntilde;ana la denuncia penal ante los tribunales federales de Comodoro Py por encubrimiento agravado contra Macri y Aguad, entre otros, confirmaron a T&eacute;lam fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia fue realizada a pocos d&iacute;as de cumplirse el tercer aniversario del naufragio del buque en el Atl&aacute;ntico Sur, que se recordar&aacute; el domingo 15.<\/p>\n<p>El primer paso de la querella fue solicitar ayer que se certifique los dichos del contraalmirante Enrique L&oacute;pez Mazzeo en la audiencia desarrollada ante el tribunal de apelaciones encabezado por el camarista Javier Leal de Ibarra.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto hoy realizaron la denuncia en los tribunales porte&ntilde;os del barrio de Retiro porque consideran que fue en esa jurisdicci&oacute;n que el entonces Gobierno nacional priv&oacute; a las familias de obtener informaci&oacute;n verdadera sobre el hundimiento del ARA San Juan, cuyo &uacute;ltimo contacto hab&iacute;a sido el 15 de noviembre de 2017, hecho en el cual murieron 44 tripulantes.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la C&aacute;mara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia, L&oacute;pez Mazzeo reconoci&oacute; que el 5 de diciembre de 2017 se conoc&iacute;a la ubicaci&oacute;n del submarino, gracias al dato aportado por el buque oceanogr&aacute;fico Cabo de Hornos de la Armada de Chile y que, incluso, se requiri&oacute; autorizaci&oacute;n para que Gran Breta&ntilde;a provea el ROV (robot) para ingresar al ca&ntilde;ad&oacute;n, informaci&oacute;n que, seg&uacute;n sostiene la querella, fue ocultada por miembros del Gobierno y de la Armada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los familiares de los tripulantes fueron los encargados de presentar la denuncia, tras que se descubriera que la gesti\u00f3n anterior conoc\u00eda la ubicaci\u00f3n exacta del submarino a d\u00edas de desaparecer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-61416","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
