Nada justo puede resultar de eso&quot;, public&oacute; el mandatario bonaerense en su cuenta de la red social Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Necesitamos justicia. Basta de persecuci&oacute;n pol&iacute;tica. Se tiene que acabar el &#39;lawfare&#39;. #ConAmadoNo&quot;, escribi&oacute; Kicillof.<\/p>\n<p>Ayer, la Corte Suprema de Justicia rechaz&oacute; el recurso del exvicepresidente Amado Boudou y dej&oacute; as&iacute; firme su condena a 5 a&ntilde;os de prisi&oacute;n por la apropiaci&oacute;n de la calcogr&aacute;fica Ciccone.<\/p>\n<p>Los cinco miembros del alto tribunal declararon &quot;inadmisible&quot; el recurso de queja que present&oacute; la defensa de Boudou al neg&aacute;rsele el recurso extraordinario ante la Corte, &uacute;ltima instancia del sistema de justicia.<\/p>\n<p>El exvicepresidente, junto a otros imputados, fue juzgado por el Tribunal Oral Federal 4 por los delitos de cohecho pasivo y negociaciones incompatibles con la funci&oacute;n p&uacute;blica.<\/p>\n<p>La condena de Boudou a 5 a&ntilde;os y 10 meses de prisi&oacute;n fue confirmada en septiembre del a&ntilde;o pasado por la C&aacute;mara Federal de Casaci&oacute;n Penal y fue entonces que el tambi&eacute;n exministro de Econom&iacute;a present&oacute; un recurso para que la Corte revocara su condena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobernador bonaerense opin\u00f3 sobre el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que ayer dej\u00f3 firme la condena a Amado Boudou a 5 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-61861","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-buenos-aires"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
