{"id":62841,"date":"2021-02-03T13:53:23","date_gmt":"2021-02-03T13:53:23","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-02-03T13:53:23","modified_gmt":"2021-02-03T13:53:23","slug":"avanza-la-causa-le-haran-pericias-al-marido-de-carolina-piparo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/02\/03\/avanza-la-causa-le-haran-pericias-al-marido-de-carolina-piparo\/62841\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanza la causa: le har\u00e1n pericias al marido de Carolina P\u00edparo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ignacio Buzali, el marido de la diputada provincial y funcionaria platense Carolina P&iacute;paro, ser&aacute; sometido este mi&eacute;rcoles a pericias psicol&oacute;gicas y psiqui&aacute;tricas en la Asesor&iacute;a Pericial de La Plata, informaron fuentes vinculadas a la causa.<\/p>\n<p>El esposo de P&iacute;paro est&aacute; detenido desde principio de a&ntilde;o, acusado de intentar matar a dos motociclistas a los que atropell&oacute; el 1 de enero &uacute;ltimo en La Plata al confundirlos con &quot;motochorros&quot;.&nbsp;El imputado ser&aacute; evaluado por psic&oacute;logos este mediod&iacute;a en la secci&oacute;n m&eacute;dicos forenses de la sede de la Asesor&iacute;a Pericial ubicada en calle 41 entre 119 y 120 de la capital bonaerense.<\/p>\n<p>Buzali est&aacute; detenido desde el 9 de enero &uacute;ltimo, luego de que la fiscal Eugenia Di Lorenzo le imputara el delito de &quot;doble homicidio en grado de tentativa&quot; en perjuicio de los dos motociclistas que atropell&oacute;.<\/p>\n<p>El hombre, en&nbsp; su declaraci&oacute;n indagatoria, afirm&oacute; que &quot;lo que pas&oacute; fue un infortunio y un accidente&quot;, que &quot;jam&aacute;s&quot; quiso &quot;lastimar a nadie&quot;, y que al momento del hecho estaba &quot;nervioso, abrumado y temeroso&quot; pero &quot;no enojado&quot; ni alcoholizado.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta el momento al marido de P&iacute;paro se le neg&oacute; en dos oportunidades la excarcelaci&oacute;n, de modo que sigue detenido a disposici&oacute;n de la fiscal Eugenia Di Lorenzo, quien le imput&oacute; el delito de &quot;doble homicidio en grado de tentativa&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Adem&aacute;s, avanza otra causa contra la propia P&iacute;paro por incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionaria p&uacute;blica, ya que ella es funcionaria de un &aacute;rea que se ocupa de asistencia a las v&iacute;ctimas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atropell\u00f3 y huy\u00f3: Juan Ignacio Buzali ser\u00e1 sometido a pericias psicol\u00f3gicas y psiqui\u00e1tricas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-62841","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-buenos-aires"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
