La Asociación Bancaria (AB) y las cuatro cámaras empresarias del sector acordaron una actualización salarial del 2,1% pendiente para 2020 y una mejora del 29% sobre el salario resultante para 2021.<\/p>\n

El pago del aumento se realizará en tres tramos: las primeras dos cuotas a abonar serán de 11,5% desde enero y abril, mientras que el tercer incremento será de 6% a partir del 1 de agosto.<\/p>\n

Tras el acuerdo, el presidente de la Nación, Alberto Fernández, recibió en la Casa de Olivos al Secretario General de Bancarios, Sergio Pallazo, y celebró que “en pleno funcionamiento de paritarias libres, bancarios y bancarias bajo el liderazgo de Sergio, hayan logrado un acuerdo que no sólo atiende aspectos salariales ventajosos, sino que ofrece un enorme avance en materia de derechos vinculados al género”.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Palazzo agradeció el apoyo del mandatario "la intervención" del Gobierno que permitió "destrabar la paritaria" del sector.<\/p>\n

Tras arduas negociaciones, las partes acordaron revisiones salariales una vez abonadas las tres cuotas y un salario inicial que incluye participación en las ganancias en enero de casi 92 mil pesos, de 101 mil en abril y de 106 mil en agosto.<\/p>\n

El secretario general del gremio, Sergio Palazzo, aclaró que el acuerdo “se revisará en dos oportunidades, la primera en septiembre y la segunda en noviembre”.<\/p>\n

“Una vez más los bancarios cerramos una gran paritaria, generando derechos de avanzada. Lo hicimos sin conflictos y afianzando nuestros derechos. Gracias a todos y a todas!”, dijo a través de las redes sociales.<\/p>\n

Acorde al presupuesto 2021, que planificó el Ministerio de Economía, la inflación rondará en el 29% anual, por lo que el gobierno promueve que las paritarias cierren por encima de la estimación oficial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
