Un informe de la firma de comercio electrónico TiendaNube, reveló que la Argentina registró en 2020 el mayor crecimiento a nivel global en penetración de comercio electrónico. El incremento anual fue del 79% en ventas en línea, alcanzó una facturación diaria promedio de $89,2 millones y representó un incremento del 557% respecto del 2019. <\/p>\n

"Argentina se convirtió en el país que registró mayor crecimiento a nivel global, con un incremento anual del 79% en sus ventas online", afirmó el director de marca de TiendaNube, Gonzalo Latugaye, en la presentación del informe anual de la compañía.<\/p>\n

En ese sentido, Latugaye precisó que "el año pasado se duplicó el comercio electrónico en la región y Argentina es el país que más creció durante el 2020".  "Este dato surge del relevamiento que reúne las estadísticas de ventas de más de 40.000 empresas que usan la plataforma de TiendaNube en la Argentina", agregó la responsable de comunicación Victoria Blazevic.<\/p>\n

Las cifras oficiales de la Cámara Argentina de Comercio Electrónico se difundirán hacia fines de febrero, como todos los años. El incremento está justificado por la "necesidad" impuesta por la pandemia de coronavirus y las medidas de aislamiento social.<\/p>\n

Consultados por la inversión realizada, ambos ejecutivos remarcaron que la plataforma tenía 150 empleados a principios del 2020 y actualmente "casi 400" sólo en la Argentina, donde fortalecieron especialmente "los equipos de desarrollo y programación así como el área de atención, para responder a las demandas y necesidades de los clientes que formaron su primera tienda en línea".<\/p>\n

El año pasado a nivel global el comercio electrónico facturó US$4,2 billones, 27,6% más que en el 2019,.y la proyección para este año prevé un incremento de US$4,9 billones. América Latina fue una de las regiones del planeta que más creció alcanzando el 36,7% respecto de 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
