La Cámara Federal de Casación resolvió este viernes que las causas por espionaje ilegal durante el Gobierno de Mauricio Macri que tramitan en Lomas de Zamora pasen a "competencia" de la Justicia federal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires para continuar con la investigación. Es decir, a Comodoro Py.<\/p>\n

Esta es una de las causas más importantes en donde se investiga a la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia que funcionó bajo Gustavo Arribas, íntimo del ex presidente, al Servicio Penitenciario y a funcionarios de la Casa Rosada en la gestión anterior.<\/p>\n

Se trata también de la que investiga el espionaje ilegal al Instituto Patria y a la expresidenta Cristina Kirchner y otra por el mismo delito contra políticos, dirigentes opositores y detenidos en cárceles.<\/p>\n

De esta manera, Casación hizo lugar así a planteos de acusados en la causa, como el extitular de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia Gustavo Arribas y su ex segunda Silvia Majdalani, ambos sindicados como mayores responsables de las tareas de espionaje ilegal.<\/p>\n

El fallo fue firmado por los jueces de la sala IV de la Cámara Federal de Casación, Mariano Borinsky, Javier Carbajo y  Ángela Ledesma -en disidencia-.<\/p>\n

Al ser citados a indagatoria, tanto Arribas como la también acusada exsubidrectora de la AFI se negaron a responder preguntas por considerar que Juan Pablo Augé no era el juez natural del caso, que según ellos debía investigarse en la justicia porteña.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
