El presidente Alberto Fernández recorrió esta mañana<\/a> junto al gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, y la titular de PAMI, Luana Volnovich, el operativo de vacunación que se realiza en el Hospital del Bicentenario de Ituzaingó en la jornada en que el país superó el millón de personas que ya cuentan con la primera dosis de la vacuna contra el Covid-19.<\/p>\n

Luego de saludar a los trabajadores del hospital, el mandatario afirmó que “ahora que hemos podido pasar el millón de vacunados, tenemos que vacunar mucha más gente a mayor velocidad”. <\/p>\n

Explicó que en medio de la pandemia fue necesario “construir la búsqueda de un bien muy escaso, demandado por todo el mundo, que es la vacuna”, ya que “el 10 por ciento de los países concentra en 90 por ciento de las vacunas que se producen”.<\/p>\n

“Nosotros estamos entre los privilegiados del 90 por ciento que reciben vacunas, no al ritmo que hubiéramos querido, ni siquiera al ritmo que contratamos, pero las recibimos y vamos avanzando y cada vez vamos mejorando en el número de vacunas, y en la posibilidad de vacunar a nuestra gente, que es lo que más nos preocupa, inmunizar de un virus en un momento en el que la pandemia todavía no terminó”, remarcó. <\/p>\n

“Lo que hicimos fue comprar vacunas donde había vacunas, sabiendo que en cualquiera de sus versiones eran vacunas de una calidad científica indudable, y sabiendo que la Argentina es un país soberano, que no se deja llevar por ideologías y hace lo que le conviene a su pueblo”, reflexionó.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el gobernador Kicillof afirmó que “falta mucho porque la pandemia hizo mucho daño, pero la vacuna nos da una noción de reconstrucción. Tenemos que vacunar a millones y millones de bonaerenses”. <\/p>\n

Según detalla el Monitor Público de Vacunación esta mañana se registró un total de 1.357.596 vacunas aplicadas, 1.030.504 personas que recibieron la primera dosis y 327.092 las dos dosis.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, el Gobierno superó la distribución de 2,5 millones de dosis de la vacuna para combatir el COVID-19 en todas las jurisdicciones del país.<\/p>\n

De la actividad participaron también la directora ejecutiva del PAMI, Luana Volnovich; el ministro de Salud bonaerense, Daniel Gollán, y su viceministro, Nicolás Kreplak, y el intendente Alberto Descalzo.<\/p>\n

La titular del Pami, Luana Volnovich, recordó que en agosto de 2020, el Presidente había puesto en funcionamiento la segunda etapa del centro de salud en Ituzaingó que durante la pandemia de Covid-19 está funcionando para atender personas con esta enfermedad pero se proyecta como un hospital general, especializado y de referencia para toda la región y con prioridad para las personas mayores.<\/p>\n

“Este hospital, que es muy importante porque es de Pami, tuvo sus puertas cerradas durante cuatro años porque el gobierno anterior había decidido no hacer la inversión, y hoy ha salvado vidas durante la pandemia y está a disposición de la provincia de Buenos Aires para la campaña de vacunación”, reflexionó.<\/p>\n

El Presidente valoró que “el Pami abra sus puertas para vacunar no solo a sus afiliados, sino a todos los que deben vacunarse y no como otras instituciones privadas que recibieron vacunas para vacunar solo a sus afiliados”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
