En las últimas horas, la jueza Ángela Ledesma se sumó al pedido hecho este martes por el magistrado Alejandro Slokar, y exigió la renuncia del presidente de la Cámara Federal de Casación, Gustavo Hornos, quién admitió días atras que mantuvo reuniones con Mauricio Macri en la Casa Rosada durante el macrismo. <\/p>\n

En su presentación, Ledesma sostiene que se ha provocado un quiebre entre los jueces y el presidente de la Cámara a la que debe representar. "Todos estos hechos me llevan a poner de manifiesto que en su carácter de presidente ha generado un quiebre en la necesaria confianza que debe existir entre los jueces del cuerpo y su presidente. Este motivo constituye un impedimento para que me represente institucionalmente, razón por la cual le solicito la renuncia al cargo de presidente de la Cámara", escribió Ledesma en una nota a la que accedió Página\/12.<\/p>\n

Ledesma, que presidió la Casación hasta fines del año pasado, ya le había hecho saber a Hornos su malestar por las reuniones con Macri el 19 de febrero pasado. En ese momento, le dijo que había violado el Código de Ética Judicial Iberoamericano. Un día antes, habían hecho lo propio los jueces de la Sala II, Slokar, Guillermo Yacobucci y Carlos Mahiques.<\/p>\n

En el Consejo de la Magistratura, avanza una investigación contra el camarista en base a la denuncia que presentó el diputado del Frente de Todos Martín Soria. El presidente del cuerpo, Diego Molea, será el encargado de llevar adelante la pesquisa.
