La presidenta de PRO, Patricia Bullrich, fue denunciada por "ofensa a un símbolo patrio" este miércoles por sus dichos sobre la soberanía argentina en las Islas Malvinas y la vacuna Pfize<\/a>r. Para la referente del Juntos por el Cambio, el gobierno de Alberto Fernández tendría que entregar el archipiélago a cambio de recibir las vacunas contra el coronavirus de la farmacéutica norteamericana. "Se las podríamos haber dado", aseguró en diálogo con periodistas macristas. <\/p>\n

La denuncia fue interpuesta este miércoles en los tribunales de Comodoro Py por la abogada Valeria Carreras por “haber incurrido en la ofensa a un símbolo patrio”, cuya figura delictiva se deberá determinar en la causa. Tras el sorteo, la denuncia recayó en el juzgado a cargo de Julián Ercolini.<\/p>\n

Para la abogada nuevamente la denunciada incurre en “un tono irrespetuoso, que denota el desdén y la falta de respeto a mucho más que dos Islas, sino que es una indiscutida bandera de la Patria”.<\/p>\n

“Al referirse de esa forma a NUESTRAS ISLAS MALVINAS, a la fecha usurpadas, está faltando gravemente el respeto a los Argentinos que dejaron su vida allí luchando por recuperarlas Referirse de modo irrespetuoso, e incluso con desprecio evidente, lesiona la política exterior en materia de SOBERANIA SOBRE NUESTRAS ISLAS MALVINAS”, dice la presentación.<\/p>\n

Carreras dejó a criterio del juez del Juez y Fiscal instruir las medidas de instrucción pertinentes a fin de dar con el tipo penal adecuado a semejante ofensa a la Nación, “ofensa a los que fueron a la Guerra por Malvinas en 1982, y a los que día a día sentimos la PATRIA en cada acto y cada gesto, por lo cual nos ha mancillado a todos, lo cual no puede quedar impune”.<\/p>\n

“La gravedad de sus dichos no solo pasa por el contenido, sino por haber sido proferidas por la titular del partido político más importante de la oposición y por liderar la coalición que representa Juntos por el Cambio, siendo entonces más grave aún cada una de sus palabras”, concluyó la letrada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
