{"id":65087,"date":"2021-06-17T05:50:19","date_gmt":"2021-06-17T05:50:19","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-06-17T05:50:19","modified_gmt":"2021-06-17T05:50:19","slug":"un-fiscal-busca-revertir-un-sobreseimiento-de-cristina-fernandez-de-kirchner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/06\/17\/un-fiscal-busca-revertir-un-sobreseimiento-de-cristina-fernandez-de-kirchner\/65087\/","title":{"rendered":"Un fiscal busca revertir un sobreseimiento de Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tras ser rechazado el recurso extraordinario, el&nbsp;fiscal opositor&nbsp;Ra&uacute;l Ple&eacute;&nbsp;busc&oacute;&nbsp;revertir personalmente el&nbsp;sobreseimiento&nbsp;de Cristina Fern&aacute;ndez&nbsp;de Kirchner en la causa d&oacute;lar futuro&nbsp;con un escrito que&nbsp;considera&nbsp;que el fallo de Casaci&oacute;n fue incorrecto.<\/p>\n<p>El&nbsp;fiscal&nbsp;form&oacute; parte de la&nbsp;mesa judicial&nbsp;de&nbsp;Cambiemos&nbsp;durante los cuatro a&ntilde;os de gobierno y&nbsp;se reuni&oacute; varias veces con&nbsp;Mauricio Macri&nbsp;en Olivos. Tambi&eacute;n intervino en otra causas clave contra Cristina como la del&nbsp;fiscal&nbsp;Alberto Nisman, la&nbsp;causa de los Cuadernos,&nbsp;Grupo Indalo&nbsp;y el&nbsp;espionaje ilegal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ple&eacute; present&oacute; un escrito y&nbsp;catalog&oacute; como&nbsp;&ldquo;manifiestamente arbitraria&quot; la decisi&oacute;n de la&nbsp;C&aacute;mara Federal de Casaci&oacute;n&nbsp;que dict&oacute; los&nbsp;sobreseimientos de la vicepresidenta y del gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires,&nbsp;Axel Kicillof.
