La Auditoría General de la Nación (AGN) no aprobó las emisiones de deuda por  48.723 millones de dólares que realizó Mauricio Macri en 2017 y de esa manera lo dejó desprotegido ante cualquier reclamo judicial. Ocurre que el gobierno de Mauricio Macri sobrepasó el endeudamiento permitido por el Congreso para todo el año pero hizo trampa. Una vez más. <\/p>\n

En 2017, el Congreso había establecido un límite para la deuda que el gobierno de Cambiemos quería suspender en el contexto de un festival de deuda externa. ¿Cómo hacer entonces? Macri firmó un decreto en diciembre de ese año para autorizar varias emisiones que ya se habían realizado.<\/p>\n

Lo curioso fue que los miembros de la Auditoría General hallaron un registro de emisiones en una planilla Excel que no formaba parte del registro oficial y por lo tanto podía modificarse manualmente. Ese archivo se fue modificando para "atrás" una vez que el decreto de Macri aprobaba a su gobierno a tomar más deuda de la establecida por ley. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
