Alberto Fernández encabezó este miércoles el acto de presentación del nuevo Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) para personas no binarias, cuyo objetivo es garantizar el derecho a la identidad de género de todas aquellas personas que no se autoperciben con género femenino o masculino.<\/p>\n

Acompañaron al mandatario los ministros de Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidades, Elizabeth Gómez Alcorta, y el ministro del Interior, Eduardo De Pedro.<\/p>\n

La medida permite el acceso al DNI y que el Pasaporte se corresponda con la identidad autopercibida de la persona que lo tramite, a través de la implementación de la nomenclatura “x”, y ya fue oficializada este miércoles a través del Decreto 476\/2021.<\/p>\n

Durante su alocución, el Presidente Alberto Fernández dijo: "En la historia de la humanidad a habido millones de seres humanos que se sintieron ser distintos, ser lo que eran. A la comunidad le costó muchísimo aceptar la diversidad, y tanto fue así que los discriminaron y los ocultaron para que nadie los viera".<\/p>\n

"La vida es una eterna búsqueda de la felicidad, y cada uno la encuentra sintiendo lo que siente y siendo lo que es", agregó.<\/p>\n

Luego, el Presidente señaló que aún cuando él en sus discursos habla de "todes" muchos periodistas conservadores lo critican, y habló de la importancia del lenguajes inclusivo para la interpelación de todos los ciudadanos sin importar su género.<\/p>\n

También recordó que cuando se debatía el tema de si las parejas del mismo podían adoptar hijos, él escribió un artículo e hizo hincapié en la necesidad de "abrir la cabeza" para darnos cuenta que hay "otras formas de amar y ser amados", y "que hay otras identidades, y tiene que ser respetadas".<\/p>\n

"No hablando de esto le quitamos la posibilidad a muchas personas de ser felices", remarcó el Presidente.<\/p>\n
