{"id":65866,"date":"2021-08-03T12:05:44","date_gmt":"2021-08-03T12:05:44","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-08-03T12:05:44","modified_gmt":"2021-08-03T12:05:44","slug":"el-fmi-prestara-al-pais-4-300-millones-de-dolares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/08\/03\/el-fmi-prestara-al-pais-4-300-millones-de-dolares\/65866\/","title":{"rendered":"El FMI prestar\u00e1 al pa\u00eds 4.300 millones de d\u00f3lares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) aprob&oacute; este lunes la distribuci&oacute;n entre sus pa&iacute;ses asociados de una suma equivalente a US$ 650.000 millones en Derechos Especiales de Giro (DEG), de los que aproximadamente US$ 4.300 millones le corresponder&aacute;n a la Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>El giro de esos recursos -de los que se viene hablando desde la reuni&oacute;n de ministros del G-20 de abril de este a&ntilde;o- ingresar&aacute; al Banco Central el 23 de agosto pr&oacute;ximo, de acuerdo con el cronograma establecido por el organismo multilateral de cr&eacute;dito.<\/p>\n<p>La directora gerente del FMI, Kristalina Georgieva consider&oacute; que se trata de &quot;una decisi&oacute;n hist&oacute;rica&quot;, ya que se trata de &quot;la mayor asignaci&oacute;n de DEG&quot; en la historia del organismo &quot;y una inyecci&oacute;n de &aacute;nimo para la econom&iacute;a mundial en medio de una crisis sin precedentes&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Los DEG son una unidad de cuenta compuesta por una canasta de monedas (d&oacute;lar, euro, yen, yuan y libra esterlina) que utiliza el FMI para sus operaciones, si bien por una cuesti&oacute;n de comodidad estas se suelen expresar en d&oacute;lares.<\/p>\n<p>Georgieva sostuvo que &quot;la asignaci&oacute;n de DEG beneficiar&aacute; a todos los pa&iacute;ses miembros, abordar&aacute; la necesidad de reservas a escala mundial y a largo plazo, generar&aacute; confianza y promover&aacute; la resiliencia y estabilidad de la econom&iacute;a mundial&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;En particular, ayudar&aacute; a los pa&iacute;ses miembros m&aacute;s vulnerables que est&aacute;n luchando contra los estragos de la crisis provocada por la Covid-19&Prime;, remarc&oacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Del monto general a repartir, unos US$ 275.000 millones (cerca de 193.000 millones de DEG) se destinar&aacute;n a pa&iacute;ses de mercados emergentes y en desarrollo, incluidos pa&iacute;ses de bajo ingreso.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Asimismo, seguiremos trabajando activamente con los pa&iacute;ses a fin de identificar opciones viables que permitan canalizar voluntariamente DEG de los pa&iacute;ses miembros m&aacute;s ricos a los m&aacute;s pobres y vulnerables, para apoyar su recuperaci&oacute;n de la pandemia y para que logren un crecimiento resiliente y sostenible&rdquo;, agreg&oacute; Georgieva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La asignaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 mundial y refleja un total de 650 mil millones de d\u00f3lares.
