Se trata de la&nbsp;causa que investiga un&nbsp;presunto intento de extorsi&oacute;n a un empresario en 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Los jueces del Tribunal Oral Federal 2 Jorge Gorini, Rodrigo Gim&eacute;nez Uriburu y Enrique Signori iniciar&aacute;n la audiencia a las 9 para escuchar la respuesta del fiscal Diego Luciani a planteos de nulidades formulados por las defensas, luego dar&aacute;n oportunidad a los cuatro acusados para decir sus &uacute;ltimas palabras y tras un cuarto intermedio, habr&aacute; veredicto.<\/p>\n<p>D&#39;Alessio, Bidone y los exagentes de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI) Claudio &Aacute;lvarez y Rolando Barreiro son juzgados desde el 8 de marzo &uacute;ltimo en una causa penal que investig&oacute; un supuesto intento de extorsi&oacute;n al despachante de Aduanas Gabriel Traficante para no involucrarlo en la llamada &quot;mafia de los contenedores&quot; y evitarle un &quot;escrache medi&aacute;tico&quot; en noviembre de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>El empresario grab&oacute; una de sus conversaciones con D&#39;Alessio y, luego, present&oacute; una denuncia en los tribunales federales de Retiro.<\/p>\n<p>El debate se realiz&oacute; de manera virtual ante la pandemia de Covid-19 y en el caso de D&#39;Alessio lo sigui&oacute; desde la c&aacute;rcel de Ezeiza, donde est&aacute; detenido con prisi&oacute;n preventiva por esta causa y la que lo investiga por espionaje ilegal en la justicia federal de Dolores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los jueces del Tribunal Oral Federal 2 iniciaron la audiencia a las 9 para escuchar la respuesta del fiscal Diego Luciani a planteos de nulidades formulados por las defensas.
