{"id":66579,"date":"2021-09-13T16:21:22","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T16:21:22","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-09-13T16:21:22","modified_gmt":"2021-09-13T16:21:22","slug":"reaparecio-alberto-e-hizo-anuncios-vinculados-a-la-industria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/09\/13\/reaparecio-alberto-e-hizo-anuncios-vinculados-a-la-industria\/66579\/","title":{"rendered":"Reapareci\u00f3 Alberto e hizo anuncios vinculados a la industria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El&nbsp;Presidente&nbsp;Alberto Fern&aacute;ndez&nbsp;present&oacute;&nbsp;hoy el&nbsp;proyecto de ley&nbsp;de Compre Argentino, Desarrollo de Proveedores y Compras para la Innovaci&oacute;n, cuyo objetivo es promover una mayor participaci&oacute;n de la&nbsp;industria nacional&nbsp;en las compras p&uacute;blicas, para &quot;generar puestos de trabajo y estimular el desarrollo de inversiones y transferencias de tecnolog&iacute;a hacia los sectores de la econom&iacute;a nacional con mayores capacidades productivas&quot;. La industria est&aacute; recuperando puestos de trabajo y ya super&oacute; el nivel de 2019, &uacute;ltimo a&ntilde;o macrista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los anuncios llegan menos de 24 horas despu&eacute;s de que se confirmara la derrota del oficialismo en las&nbsp;elecciones&nbsp;primarias (PASO) en Provincia de Buenos Aires y en otros 19 distritos del pa&iacute;s, que se entiende como un fuerte mensaje pol&iacute;tico para el Jefe de Estado. El presidente asegur&oacute; que &quot;hay un camino que hemos trazado para recuperar el trabajo nacional que no se puede abandonar&quot;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Junto a Fern&aacute;ndez estuvo el ministro de Desarrollo Productivo, Mat&iacute;as Kulfas. Muchos rumores ponen a Kulfas como un eventual reemplazante de Mart&iacute;n Guzm&aacute;n, ministro de Econom&iacute;a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Ley actual (27.437) que fue sancionada en 2018 cuenta con grandes limitaciones para que el Estado pueda utilizar su poder de compra como herramienta para el desarrollo.
