El fiscal federal Ramiro González pidió este viernes que se cite una declaración indagatoria al exministro de Energía Javier Iguacel y al exsecretario del área Gustavo Lopetegui en el Gobierno de Cambiemos, entre otros imputados, por presuntos delitos en torno a la venta por un valor "muy inferior al real de las centrales termoeléctricas "Brigadier López" y "Ensenada de Barragán".<\/p>\n

En un dictamen entregado al juez federal Sebastián Casanello, el fiscal pidió que se cite a indagatoria y se dicte la inhibición general de bienes de Iguacel, del exsecretario de Energía Gustavo Lopetegui y otros siete imputados, según información que reveló Télam.<\/p>\n

Además de Iguacel y Lopetegui, la fiscalía pide indagar a Mario Agustín Dell´Acqua, Luis Eduardo Pintos, Daniel Gustavo Minenna, Claudia Liliana Mundo, Carolina Calcagno, Mario Ricardo Thiem y Alejandro Martín Fontan Balestra. <\/p>\n

En la causa es querellante "Integración Energética Argentina Sociedad Anónima "(Ieasa) que había pedido ya las indagatorias a las que ahora adhirió la fiscalía. Las citaciones deben ser resueltas por el juez Casanello.<\/p>\n

"Todos los imputados revestían la calidad de funcionarios públicos y tenían relación directa con los bienes afectados, ya que las centrales se encontraban bajo su órbita" remarcó el fiscal González en el dictamen.<\/p>\n

Además sostuvo que según las pruebas de la causa "estos bienes fueron sustraídos de su titular (el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional) por un precio que no se condice con el valor que tenía un ese momento"<\/p>\n

"Todas las modificaciones que hicieron a los pliegos y el "no computo de la reducción d deuda en el valor de las centrales me permite afirmar que conocían el tenor de la maniobra que están realizando, el cual concluyó en las ventas de las centrales por un valor muy inferior al real", remarcó.<\/p>\n

En 2017 el Gobierno de Mauricio Macri dispuso la privatización de activos del Estado nacional por decreto, e incluyó a las centrales Ensenada de Barragán, en el polo petroquímico Dock Sud y Brigadier López, en Santa Fe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
