{"id":67427,"date":"2021-11-18T15:37:41","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T15:37:41","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-11-18T15:37:41","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T15:37:41","slug":"la-afip-realizara-un-reintegro-a-monotributistas-cumplidores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/11\/18\/la-afip-realizara-un-reintegro-a-monotributistas-cumplidores\/67427\/","title":{"rendered":"La AFIP realizar\u00e1 un reintegro a monotributistas cumplidores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los monotributistas que durante 2021 hayan abonado en tiempo y forma 9 meses las obligaciones mensuales acceder&aacute;n al reintegro de un mes del componente impositivo pagado a lo largo de este a&ntilde;o.<\/p>\n<p>As&iacute; lo defini&oacute; la Administraci&oacute;n Federal de Ingresos P&uacute;blicos (AFIP) a trav&eacute;s de la Resoluci&oacute;n General 5100\/2021 publicada hoy en el Bolet&iacute;n Oficial.<\/p>\n<p>La norma precisa las condiciones para acceder al beneficio previsto para las y los peque&ntilde;os contribuyentes que cancelan el monotributo a trav&eacute;s de d&eacute;bito autom&aacute;tico de cuenta bancaria o tarjeta de cr&eacute;dito.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, la medida reduce, de manera excepcional, de 12 a 9 meses del a&ntilde;o la condici&oacute;n para percibir el reintegro.<\/p>\n<p>Adem&aacute;s, garantiza que las y los monotributistas puedan gozar del beneficio del reintegro que se efectivizar&aacute; el pr&oacute;ximo a&ntilde;o.<\/p>\n<p>El reintegro para quienes hayan abonado en tiempo y forma al menos 9 meses ser&aacute; acreditado autom&aacute;ticamente en las cuentas bancarias o tarjetas de cr&eacute;dito adheridas como medio de pago por cada uno de las y los contribuyentes cumplidores.<\/p>\n<p>Este a&ntilde;o la AFIP reintegr&oacute; m&aacute;s de $ 973 millones a m&aacute;s de 484.000 peque&ntilde;os contribuyentes que abonaron durante 2020 sus obligaciones por d&eacute;bito autom&aacute;tico o tarjeta de cr&eacute;dito.<\/p>\n<p>El reintegro se suma a distintas medidas implementadas para las y los monotributistas como los Cr&eacute;ditos a Tasa Cero o la moratoria que permite regularizar deudas en hasta 60 cuotas.<\/p>\n<p>La informaci&oacute;n la brind&oacute; este jueves a horas de la ma&ntilde;ana la portavoz de la Presidencia, Gabriela Cerruti, en la habitual conferencia de prensa de los jueves en la Casa Rosada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El organismo modific\u00f3 las condiciones solo para el a\u00f1o en curso, facilitando el acceso de los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes al beneficio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-67427","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-actualidad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
