Globos Tuky es una Pyme que durante el gobierno de Mauricio Macri tuvo que despedir a 130 de sus 200 trabajadores y casi se funde. Eso pasó solo hace unos meses. Con nuevo gobierno y nuevas políticas, la situación de la pequeña y mediana empresa cambió drásticamente. Volvió a exportar al exterior y a ampliar la planta de empleados.  <\/p>\n

Para atravesar la pandemia y recuperar lo perdido durante el macrismo, la compañía aplicó en los programas de incentivo que promovió el Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo. Con el programa “PAC Empresas”, la compañía accedió a aportes no reembolsables para diseñar una nueva línea de globos cromados, rediseñar toda su identidad y packaging, y también para digitalizar sus procesos de producción y ventas. Ahora mismo, la firma está próxima a exportar a los Estados Unidos por primera vez. Otro modelo de país. <\/p>\n

Además, la empresa incorporó a 10 jóvenes de entre 18 y 24 años en el marco del programa "Te sumo". Será su primera experiencia de trabajo. Algunos de ellos están empezando a estudiar administración, contaduría o programación para poder crecer dentro de la empresa.<\/p>\n

El caso de Globos Tuky no es extraordinario. En diálogo con el portal kirchnerista El Destape, el subsecretario de Productividad y Desarrollo Regional Pyme, Pablo Bercovich, expresó que "el crecimiento de la actividad industrial PyME y del empleo industrial es sostenido". Además, detalló que "la utilización de la capacidad instalada de las Pymes está arriba del 70% y es la mayor en cuatro años, mientras que las exportaciones son las más altas desde 2013".<\/p>\n

"Las pymes no solo están teniendo una agenda de presente al recuperarse de los años 2020, 2019 y hasta de 2018, sino que tiene agenda de futuro con la transformación digital, la digitalización de procesos, diseño, innovación, desarrollo exportador, agenda de productividad y competitividad", añadió.<\/p>\n
