{"id":69240,"date":"2022-01-13T09:43:07","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T12:43:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=69240"},"modified":"2022-01-13T12:41:05","modified_gmt":"2022-01-13T15:41:05","slug":"para-evitar-cortes-el-gobierno-decreto-dos-dias-de-home-office-para-todo-el-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/01\/13\/para-evitar-cortes-el-gobierno-decreto-dos-dias-de-home-office-para-todo-el-estado\/69240\/","title":{"rendered":"Para evitar cortes: el gobierno decret\u00f3 dos d\u00edas de home office para todo el Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ser\u00e1 para este jueves 13 y el viernes 14 de enero.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Gobierno nacional anunci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de un decreto publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial para este jueves 13 de enero y para este viernes 14 trabajo remoto<\/strong>\u00a0para todos los empleados de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica nacional por &#8220;ahorro de\u00a0energ\u00eda&#8221; en todas las jurisdicciones del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>A los fines de reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, los d\u00edas 13 y 14 de enero de 2022, a partir de las DOCE (12) horas, las y los agentes de todas las jurisdicciones, organismos y entidades del Sector P\u00fablico Nacional\u00a0<\/strong>a los que se refiere el art\u00edculo 8\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b0 24.156\u00a0<strong>deber\u00e1n realizar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios mediante la modalidad de prestacion de trabajo a distancia, en caso de que ello resulte posible, y se abstendr\u00e1n de permanecer o concurrir a sus lugares habituales de trabajo<\/strong>&#8220;, sostiene el decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, el decreto 16\/2022 instruy\u00f3 a los distintos organismos para que implementen las medidas pertinentes a fin de mantener las guardias necesarias para preservar la continuidad de los servicios esenciales. &#8220;A dicho fin, la o el titular de cada jurisdicci\u00f3n, organismo o entidad comprendido en el art\u00edculo 8\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b0 24.156&nbsp;<strong>determinar\u00e1 los equipos de trabajadores y trabajadoras esenciales que deber\u00e1n prestar funciones en forma presencial, en tanto se trate de \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios indispensables para la comunidad<\/strong>&#8220;, detalla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ser\u00e1 para este jueves 13 y el viernes 14 de enero.
