{"id":71018,"date":"2022-02-18T09:10:38","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T12:10:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=71018"},"modified":"2022-02-18T17:32:47","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T20:32:47","slug":"la-corte-convoco-a-larreta-y-a-wado-de-pedro-por-el-quite-de-fondos-de-coparticipacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/02\/18\/la-corte-convoco-a-larreta-y-a-wado-de-pedro-por-el-quite-de-fondos-de-coparticipacion\/71018\/","title":{"rendered":"La Corte convoc\u00f3 a Larreta y a &#8220;Wado&#8221; de Pedro  por el quite de fondos de coparticipaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"el-maximo-tribunal-fijo-una-audiencia-entre-la-ciudad-y-el-gobierno-nacional-en-el-marco-del-juicio-por-el-quite-de-fondos-de-coparticipacion-decretado-por-el-gobierno-de-alberto-fernandez-en-2020\">El m\u00e1ximo tribunal fij\u00f3 una audiencia entre la Ciudad y el Gobierno Nacional en el marco del juicio por el&nbsp;quite de fondos de&nbsp;coparticipaci\u00f3n&nbsp;decretado por el gobierno de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez en 2020.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A dos a\u00f1os del <strong>DNU <\/strong>de <strong>Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> que recuper\u00f3 fondos de coparticipaci\u00f3n que <strong>Mauricio Macri <\/strong>destin\u00f3 durante su presidencia a la<strong> Ciudad de Buenos Aires<\/strong>, este jueves la <strong>Corte Suprema <\/strong>convoc\u00f3 a&nbsp;<strong>una audiencia&nbsp;<\/strong>entre&nbsp;<strong>Naci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>y la&nbsp;<strong>Ciudad&nbsp;de Buenos Aires. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n clave fue pactada para el pr\u00f3ximo el&nbsp;<strong>10 de marzo a las 11 de la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong>, y fueron citados el Jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires,&nbsp;<strong>Horacio Rodr\u00edguez Larreta<\/strong>, y el ministro del Interior de la Naci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>Eduardo \u201cWado\u201d de Pedro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La audiencia fue fijada \u201cen los t\u00e9rminos del art. 36, inc. 2, del C\u00f3digo Procesal Civil y Comercial de la Naci\u00f3n\u201d, y frimada por los jueces J<strong>uan Carlos Maqueda, Horacio Rosatti, Carlos Rosenkrantz&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>Ricardo Lorenzetti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de la audiencia entre Naci\u00f3n y Ciudad ser\u00e1 \u201c<strong>intentar una conciliaci\u00f3n total o parcial del conflicto o incidente procesal, pudiendo proponer y promover que las partes deriven el litigio a otros medios alternativos de resoluci\u00f3n de conflicto<\/strong>s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En caso de no haber acuerdo, la Corte Suprema de Justicia deber\u00e1 dictar una sentencia para resolver el conflicto.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El m\u00e1ximo tribunal fij\u00f3 una audiencia entre la Ciudad y el Gobierno Nacional en el marco del juicio por el&nbsp;quite de fondos de&nbsp;coparticipaci\u00f3n&nbsp;decretado por el gobierno de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez en 2020.
