{"id":72616,"date":"2022-03-18T08:28:12","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T11:28:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=72616"},"modified":"2022-03-18T08:28:13","modified_gmt":"2022-03-18T11:28:13","slug":"el-acuerdo-con-el-fmi-es-ley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/03\/18\/el-acuerdo-con-el-fmi-es-ley\/72616\/","title":{"rendered":"El acuerdo con el FMI es Ley"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La ley sali\u00f3 con 56 votos a favor, 13 en contra y 3 abstenciones y fue promulgada este viernes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0Gobierno\u00a0promulg\u00f3 este viernes la Ley 27.668 sancionada por el Congreso, mediante la cual se aprueba el Programa de Facilidades Extendidas a celebrarse entre el Poder Ejecutivo nacional y el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) para la cancelaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0deuda\u00a0tomada por el ex presidente Mauricio Macri en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;En uso de las facultades conferidas por el art\u00edculo 78 de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional,\u00a0prom\u00falgase la Ley N\u00ba 27.668 sancionada por el Honorable Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n en su sesi\u00f3n del d\u00eda 17 de marzo de 2022. Dese para su publicaci\u00f3n a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional del Registro Oficial, g\u00edrese copia al Honorable Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n y comun\u00edquese al ministerio de Econom\u00eda&#8221;,\u00a0reza el Decreto 130 firmado por el presidente,\u00a0<strong>Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez,<\/strong>\u00a0y el jefe de Gabinete,\u00a0<strong>Juan Manzur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con 56 votos a favor, 13 en contra y 3 abstenciones, el Senado complet\u00f3 la faena que hab\u00eda comenzado en Diputados y convirti\u00f3 en ley, por primera vez en la historia, el programa de Facilidades Extendidas que refinancia la deuda contra\u00edda con el FMI<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo aprobado por el Congreso y promulgado por el Gobierno\u00a0habilita &#8220;las operaciones de cr\u00e9dito p\u00fablico contenidas en el Programa de Facilidades Extendidas a celebrarse entre el Poder Ejecutivo nacional y el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) para la cancelaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo Stand By celebrado oportunamente en 2018 y para apoyo presupuestario&#8221;,\u00a0seg\u00fan sostiene el primer art\u00edculo de la norma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los votos positivos, 20 fueron del oficialismo y 36 de la oposici\u00f3n,&nbsp;mientras que de los 13 negativos todos fueron del FdT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto hab\u00eda recibido media sanci\u00f3n la semana pasada en&nbsp;<strong>Diputados<\/strong>&nbsp;y ahora deber\u00e1 ser tratado por el directorio del FMI para recibir la luz verde definitiva para el acuerdo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ley sali\u00f3 con 56 votos a favor, 13 en contra y 3 abstenciones y fue promulgada este viernes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.
