{"id":73490,"date":"2022-04-01T15:31:31","date_gmt":"2022-04-01T18:31:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=73490"},"modified":"2022-04-01T15:31:34","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T18:31:34","slug":"acusan-a-macri-de-recibir-privilegios-en-la-causa-del-ara-san-juan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/04\/01\/acusan-a-macri-de-recibir-privilegios-en-la-causa-del-ara-san-juan\/73490\/","title":{"rendered":"Acusan a Macri de recibir privilegios en la causa del ARA San Juan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los familiares de las victimas del submarino cuestionaron que el exmandatario fue autorizado por el juez Juli\u00e1n Ercolini a salir del pa\u00eds sin informar motivo alguno.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Familiares de v\u00edctimas de los tripulantes del submarino ARA San Juan<\/strong> lamentaron este jueves que el expresidente Mauricio Macri haya solicitado &#8220;nuevamente, autorizaci\u00f3n para salir del pa\u00eds sin informar el motivo&#8221;, cuando la justicia investiga su responsabilidad en la causa por espionaje; y remarcaron los &#8220;privilegios cedidos al exmandatario&#8221; por el juez Juli\u00e1n Ercolini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ponemos en conocimiento que nuevamente Macri, quien actualmente est\u00e1 participando de un torneo de bridge en Italia y ma\u00f1ana se dirigir\u00eda a Qatar al sorteo de tandas equipos para el mundial, ha vuelto a pedir autorizaci\u00f3n para salir del pa\u00eds sin informar el motivo&#8221;, indicaron los familiares en una <strong>gacetilla difundida este jueves a la prensa, y firmada por la abogada Valeria Carreras<\/strong> que representa a la querella mayoritaria de los familiares del ARA San Juan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el texto, puntualizaron que &#8220;habiendo instaurado la modalidad reservada, el juez (Juli\u00e1n) Ercolini, nos vemos privados de acceder a dicha informaci\u00f3n, lo cual genera una falta grav\u00edsima al principio de igualdad ante la ley y publicidad de los actos procesales, como el debido acceso&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n se produce pese a que l<strong>os familiares son &#8220;parte del proceso&#8221; por lo que cuestionaron el &#8220;hermetismo&#8221; referido a las autorizaciones de los viajes de Macri<\/strong>, lo que &#8220;no solo expone los privilegios concedidos al procesado expresidente sino que genera un gravamen cierto a la querella&#8221;. De igual forma, a\u00f1adieron que esta situaci\u00f3n &#8220;acrecienta el temor de fuga inminente&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Mientras, seguimos con los planteos de recusaci\u00f3n de este juez absolutamente parcial&#8221; afirmaron, y a\u00f1adieron que interpondr\u00e1n &#8220;un recurso ante el impedimento a acceder a la causa&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Macri qued\u00f3 procesado el 1 de diciembre pasado por decisi\u00f3n del juez federal interino de Dolores<\/strong>, Mar\u00edn Bava, quien llev\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n hasta febrero \u00faltimo, cuando la deriv\u00f3 a Comodoro Py.
