{"id":75947,"date":"2022-05-13T16:18:43","date_gmt":"2022-05-13T19:18:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=75947"},"modified":"2022-05-13T16:18:45","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T19:18:45","slug":"axel-kicillof-pidio-avanzar-en-la-construccion-del-canal-magdalena-es-una-cuestion-de-soberania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/05\/13\/axel-kicillof-pidio-avanzar-en-la-construccion-del-canal-magdalena-es-una-cuestion-de-soberania\/75947\/","title":{"rendered":"Axel Kicillof pidi\u00f3 avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n del Canal Magdalena: \u201ces una cuesti\u00f3n de soberan\u00eda\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El gobernador Axel Kicillof expuso ante el ministro de Trasnporte y funcionarios sobre la importancia de poner en marcha el Canal Magdalena.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, particip\u00f3 este vienes del Consejo Federal Hidrov\u00eda y primera sesi\u00f3n del Ente Nacional de Control de la V\u00eda Navegable en donde pidi\u00f3 avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n del Canal Magdalena.<br>Junto al ministro de Transporte de la Naci\u00f3n, Alexis Guerrera, el presidente del Ente, Ariel Sujarchuk y gobernadores, Axel Kicillof asegur\u00f3 no ver \u201cning\u00fan impedimento\u201d para accionar la construcci\u00f3n.<br>\u201cCreemos que hay que avanzar cuanto antes sobre el Canal Magdalena, es una cuesti\u00f3n de soberan\u00eda, no veo ning\u00fan impedimento para poner en marcha la construcci\u00f3n del Canal Magdalena\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el mandatario provincial en la conferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Consejo Federal Hidrov\u00eda y primera sesi\u00f3n del Ente Nacional de Control de la V\u00eda Navegable\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aWezTo4aOb0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese punto, el gobernador destac\u00f3 como un punto crucial que el Estado tenga injerencia en la recaudaci\u00f3n de los peajes, y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201ca partir de ahora, quienes somos usuarios vamos a tener m\u00e1s control y mejor dimensi\u00f3n de cu\u00e1l es la ecuaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en juego y tener m\u00e1s claridad sobre la vinculaci\u00f3n y relaci\u00f3n entre ingresos y trabajos para dar mayor funcionalidad\u201d.<br>En tanto, marc\u00f3 que desde la Provincia comenzar\u00e1n pronto con los trabajos t\u00e9cnicos relacionados a las licitaciones que surjan del Ente.<br>\u201cHay mucha suspicacia y miradas cr\u00edticas sobre el contrabando, narcotr\u00e1fico, y hay que dar mayor trasparencia y control a las provincias y el Estado a trav\u00e9s del Ente para que estas cuestiones dejen de ser un fantasma\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Kicillof.<br>Los avances de las obras del Canal tienen que ver, fundamentalmente, con la soberan\u00eda y el control de los recursos que puedan aprovecharse por parte del Estado.<br>En tanto, record\u00f3 que se trata de una propuesta impulsada por la expresidenta Cristina Kirchner pero se vio interrumpida durante la gesti\u00f3n de Gobierno de Mauricio Macri.<br>\u201cNo podemos postergar el abordaje de estas cuestiones. El cobro del peaje, la seguridad y el control efectivo del tr\u00e1fico en la v\u00eda navegable nos da m\u00e1s posibilidades de abordar las cuestiones de la seguridad, del cobro de los impuestos y los derechos que nos conciernen\u201d, sentenci\u00f3 Kicillof.<br>Desde el Astillero R\u00edo Santiago y el Frente de Todos se\u00f1alaron que el Canal Magdalena potenciar\u00eda los puertos de Dock Sud y de La Plata, ya que su ubicaci\u00f3n le permitir\u00eda ser una v\u00eda de ingreso hacia el Canal del Plata, por donde se exporta m\u00e1s del 70 por ciento de la producci\u00f3n nacional y \u2013fundamentalmente- el control de los puertos est\u00e1 en manos de un pu\u00f1ado de multinacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los especialistas aseguran que el Canal Magdalena constituye \u201cun gran puente entre la argentina mar\u00edtima con los puertos fluviales de la cuenca del plata\u201d, la v\u00eda navegable m\u00e1s importante de Argentina y una de las m\u00e1s importantes del continente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobernador Axel Kicillof expuso ante el ministro de Trasnporte y funcionarios sobre la importancia de poner en marcha el Canal Magdalena.
