{"id":76777,"date":"2022-05-31T17:19:45","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T20:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=76777"},"modified":"2022-05-31T17:19:49","modified_gmt":"2022-05-31T20:19:49","slug":"la-justicia-rechazo-una-cautelar-de-batistuta-y-debera-pagar-el-aporte-de-las-grandes-fortunas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/05\/31\/la-justicia-rechazo-una-cautelar-de-batistuta-y-debera-pagar-el-aporte-de-las-grandes-fortunas\/76777\/","title":{"rendered":"La Justicia rechaz\u00f3 una cautelar de Batistuta y deber\u00e1 pagar el aporte de las Grandes Fortunas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El ex jugador hab\u00eda presentado una medida cautelar ante el fuero en lo Contencioso Administrativo n\u00famero 4 de la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires, que se declar\u00f3 incompetente y la remiti\u00f3 a Reconquista, donde le rechazaron su cautelar.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Justicia Federal de Reconquista rechaz\u00f3 una medida cautelar presentada por el exfutbolista <strong>Gabriel Batistuta<\/strong>, quien consider\u00f3 inconstitucional que se le exija el pago del denominado Aporte Solidario y Extraordinario de las Grandes Fortunas, aprobado por el Congreso para paliar los efectos de la pandemia de coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voceros judiciales informaron este martes que el juez federal de Reconquista, Aldo Alurralde, no hizo lugar a la presentaci\u00f3n del exgoleador de Newell&#8217;s Old Boys de Rosario, Boca Juniors, River Plate y Fiorentina de Italia, entre otros equipos, por lo que ahora la causa pas\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara Federal de Apelaciones de la ciudad chaque\u00f1a de Resistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Batistuta present\u00f3 una medida cautelar ante el fuero en lo Contencioso Administrativo n\u00famero 4 de la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires, que se declar\u00f3 incompetente y la remiti\u00f3 a Reconquista, de donde es oriundo y en cuya zona posee unas 126 mil hect\u00e1reas de campo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el exintegrante del seleccionado argentino, el aporte solidario \u201cvulnera derechos, principios y garant\u00edas constitucionales y en especial el derecho de propiedad y la garant\u00eda de no confiscatoriedad\u201d, por lo que viola \u201cla garant\u00eda constitucional de igualdad frente a los impuestos y las cargas p\u00fablicas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez Alurralde est\u00e1 a tanto de las cuestiones patrimoniales del ahora empresario, ya que hace dos meses le trab\u00f3 un embargo de casi cuatro millones de pesos por una deuda con la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En total, el organismo recaudador le reclamaba 3.853.341 pesos m\u00e1s el 15% en concepto de intereses y costas judiciales por no abonar Impuestos a los Bienes Personales Anticipo 2 y 3 Periodo Fiscal 2021 y aportes y contribuciones sociales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ex jugador hab\u00eda presentado una medida cautelar ante el fuero en lo Contencioso Administrativo n\u00famero 4 de la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires, que se declar\u00f3 incompetente y la remiti\u00f3 a Reconquista, donde le rechazaron su cautelar.
