Se debe a que habr\u00eda utilizado fondos que estaban cautelados por la justicia. La compa\u00f1\u00eda calific\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de \u201cinjustificada, arbitraria y desmedida\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, detuvieron a otros directivos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda por presunta estafa en la venta de acciones que estaban cauteladas por la justicia. Seg\u00fan fuentes judiciales, la detenci\u00f3n se produjo en el domicilio de Scarel en la localidad santafesina de Avellaneda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, Vicen\u00edn calific\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de \u201cinjustificada, arbitraria y desmedida\u201d. Tras la detenci\u00f3n, Scarel ser\u00e1 sometido a una audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n que se prev\u00e9 que se realizar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles o el jueves, informaron las fuentes consultadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa se inici\u00f3 en octubre del a\u00f1o pasado por la confecci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de balances anuales de Vicentin de 2017 y 2018 con informaci\u00f3n financiera falsa para ocular el real pasivo de la empresa. Luego se determin\u00f3 que Scarel, utilizar activos de la empresa \u201cRenova\u201d cuando estaban cautelados por orden judicial, rese\u00f1\u00f3 Infobae. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el motivo de la detenci\u00f3n es \u201cabsolutamente falso ya que la compa\u00f1\u00eda de ninguna manera ha incumplido estas restricciones y todos los acuerdos concursales alcanzados hasta el momento se encuentran en instancias precontractuales ad referendum de las respectivas homologaciones judiciales y de los levantamientos de las medidas cautelares interpuestas\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata del empresario Omar Scarel.
