{"id":77121,"date":"2022-06-07T12:25:53","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T15:25:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=77121"},"modified":"2022-06-07T12:25:58","modified_gmt":"2022-06-07T15:25:58","slug":"al-servicio-de-la-oposicion-el-juez-rafecas-cito-a-kulfas-por-el-gasoducto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/06\/07\/al-servicio-de-la-oposicion-el-juez-rafecas-cito-a-kulfas-por-el-gasoducto\/77121\/","title":{"rendered":"Al servicio de la oposici\u00f3n: el juez Rafecas cit\u00f3 a Kulfas por el gasoducto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El ex ministro deber\u00e1 declarar ante la justicia. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez federal\u00a0<strong>Daniel Rafecas<\/strong>\u00a0cit\u00f3 a declaraci\u00f3n testimonial en la causa por el\u00a0Gasoducto N\u00e9stor Kirchner\u00a0al ex ministro de Desarrollo Productivo\u00a0<strong>Mat\u00edas Kulfas<\/strong>, y al extitular de la Unidad Ejecutora de la megaobra,\u00a0<strong>Antonio Pronsato.<\/strong> <strong>Kulfas insinu\u00f3 que se hizo una licitaci\u00f3n a dedo para favorecer a la empresa Techint, de Paolo Rocca, pero lo dijo en off. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no lo denunci\u00f3 si sab\u00eda algo tan grave?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan revelaron fuentes judicales, Kulfas fue requerido como testigo para el pr\u00f3ximo este\u00a0<strong>viernes a las 1<\/strong>0, mientras que el exfuncionario del \u00e1rea de\u00a0energ\u00eda\u00a0Pronsato fue citado para el\u00a0<strong>lunes 13 a las 12.<\/strong> En su renuncia, <strong>Kulfas dijo que se favoreci\u00f3 a Techint cuando pudo haberse incluido a una empresa radicada en Santa Fe, que inmediatamente aclar\u00f3 que no pod\u00eda participar de una licitaci\u00f3n as\u00ed. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo,\u00a0<strong>el juez Rafecas llam\u00f3 para el martes pr\u00f3ximo a las 10 a una audiencia oral con expertos e id\u00f3neos a designar por las cuatro empresas que extraen gas en Vaca Muert<\/strong>a (Pluspetrol, YPF, Tecpetrol y Total Austral) para que expliquen al magistrado los requerimientos t\u00e9cnicos exigidos para la construcci\u00f3n del Gasoducto N\u00e9stor Kirchner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, el juez dispuso una nueva orden de presentaci\u00f3n en la firma IEASA (ahora Energ\u00eda Argentina) para obtener este mismo martes documentaci\u00f3n complementaria, relacionada con una segunda licitaci\u00f3n relativa a la compra de ca\u00f1os de tuber\u00edas, y vinculada con la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ex ministro deber\u00e1 declarar ante la justicia.
