{"id":77878,"date":"2022-06-23T09:40:56","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T12:40:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=77878"},"modified":"2022-06-23T13:54:33","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T16:54:33","slug":"procesaron-al-intendente-macrista-iguacel-por-posible-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/06\/23\/procesaron-al-intendente-macrista-iguacel-por-posible-corrupcion\/77878\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesaron al intendente macrista Iguacel por posible corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fue por su gesti\u00f3n en la presidencia de Mauricio Macri. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Federal N\u00ba 7 <\/strong>resolvi\u00f3 procesar al exadministrador general de Vialidad Nacional y actual intendente de Capit\u00e1n Sarmiento,&nbsp;<strong>Javier Iguacel<\/strong>, en una causa en la que se investiga la supuesta&nbsp;<strong>ampliaci\u00f3n ilegal e irregular de los plazos de los contratos de concesi\u00f3n de siete corredores viales&nbsp;<\/strong>que pasan por un total de once provincias. Fue durante la gesti\u00f3n de Mauricio Macri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa se inici\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una denuncia presentada por la secretaria General del Sindicato Trabajadores Viales y Afines de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina,&nbsp;<strong>Ana Mar\u00eda Graciela Ale\u00f1a<\/strong>, el 16 de agosto de 2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su presentaci\u00f3n, Ale\u00f1a remarc\u00f3 que &#8220;a partir de determinados actos de funcionarios de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad y del Ministerio de Transporte de la Naci\u00f3n, se habr\u00edan ampliado los plazos de los contratos de concesi\u00f3n de los Corredores Viales Nacionales Nro. 1 a 6 y 8 de forma ilegal e irregular&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esa acci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan la denunciante, &#8220;<strong>no solo hab\u00eda beneficiado a las respectivas empresas concesionarias, sino que tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;hab\u00eda perjudicado a la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Nacional&nbsp;al privarle la posibilidad de obtener, con una nueva licitaci\u00f3n, mejores condiciones de contrataci\u00f3n<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale\u00f1a detall\u00f3 que el vencimiento de los contratos en cuesti\u00f3n operaba el 21 de abril de 2016, pero se hizo uso de la pr\u00f3rroga de doce meses que los contratos preve\u00edan y cumplido este \u00faltimo t\u00e9rmino,<strong>&nbsp;sin haber \u201checho nada en materia de licitaciones\u201d,<\/strong>&nbsp;se extendi\u00f3 la continuidad operacional a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n DNV 811-17, dictada ad refer\u00e9ndum por Javier Iguacel, quien fuera por ese entonces titular de Vialidad, rese\u00f1\u00f3 P\u00e1gina 12. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fue por su gesti\u00f3n en la presidencia de Mauricio Macri.
