{"id":78389,"date":"2022-07-02T12:31:20","date_gmt":"2022-07-02T15:31:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=78389"},"modified":"2022-07-02T12:31:23","modified_gmt":"2022-07-02T15:31:23","slug":"la-justicia-confirmo-un-embargo-por-mas-de-30-mil-millones-a-una-empresa-de-vicentin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/07\/02\/la-justicia-confirmo-un-embargo-por-mas-de-30-mil-millones-a-una-empresa-de-vicentin\/78389\/","title":{"rendered":"La justicia confirm\u00f3 un embargo por m\u00e1s de $30 mil millones a una empresa de Vicent\u00edn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los abogados de la firma del Grupo Vicentin hab\u00edan apelado el millonario embargo preventivo en el marco de la causa en la que se investigan los pr\u00e9stamos que ese \u2018holding\u00b4 obtuvo del Banco Naci\u00f3n durante el gobierno de Cambiemos.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La C\u00e1mara Federal de Casaci\u00f3n Penal declar\u00f3 \u201cinadmisible\u201d un recurso presentado por los abogados de Algodonera Avellaneda, del Grupo Vicentin, que hab\u00edan apelado el millonario embargo preventivo de los bienes de la firma en el marco de la causa en la que se investigan los pr\u00e9stamos que ese \u2018holding\u00b4 obtuvo del Banco Naci\u00f3n durante el gobierno de Cambiemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los jueces de la sala primera del m\u00e1ximo tribunal penal resolvieron \u201cdeclarar inadmisible el recurso de casaci\u00f3n interpuesto por los letrados Diego Pirota y Deborah Lichtmann, en representaci\u00f3n de Algodonera Avellaneda S.A.\u201d para revertir el embargo de bienes hasta cubrir los 31.000 millones de pesos, seg\u00fan surge del fallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida hab\u00eda sido dispuesta en la causa en la que se investigan supuestas irregularidades vinculadas a los pr\u00e9stamos que recibi\u00f3 el Grupo Vicentin por las cuales est\u00e1n se\u00f1alados judicialmente el expresidente Mauricio Macri, los extitulares del Banco Naci\u00f3n y del Banco Central Javier Gonz\u00e1lez Fraga y Guido Sandleris, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los embargos hab\u00edan sido dictados por el juez federal Juli\u00e1n Ercolini a instancias de un fallo de la C\u00e1mara Federal porte\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vicentin tiene una deuda con el Banco Naci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 300 millones de d\u00f3lares por cr\u00e9ditos otorgados durante el bienio 2018\/19.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los abogados de la firma del Grupo Vicentin hab\u00edan apelado el millonario embargo preventivo en el marco de la causa en la que se investigan los pr\u00e9stamos que ese \u2018holding\u00b4 obtuvo del Banco Naci\u00f3n durante el gobierno de Cambiemos.
