{"id":80635,"date":"2022-08-16T20:12:17","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T23:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=80635"},"modified":"2022-08-16T20:12:20","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T23:12:20","slug":"impiden-el-ingreso-al-pais-de-95-toneladas-de-mercaderia-ilegal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/08\/16\/impiden-el-ingreso-al-pais-de-95-toneladas-de-mercaderia-ilegal\/80635\/","title":{"rendered":"Impiden el ingreso al pa\u00eds de 95 toneladas de \u201cmercader\u00eda ilegal\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Aduana llev\u00f3 a cabo operativos para evitar el libramiento a plaza de cinco contenedores con m\u00e1s de 95 toneladas de mercader\u00eda en situaci\u00f3n irregular.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Aduana<\/strong> (DGA) llev\u00f3 a cabo operativos para evitar el libramiento a plaza de cinco contenedores con m\u00e1s de 95 toneladas de mercader\u00eda importada en situaci\u00f3n irregular, valuadas en U$S 6,5 millones, mayoritariamente juguetes, lentes pregraduados, maquillaje y cierres para indumentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el organismo se\u00f1alaron que la mercader\u00eda no ten\u00eda \u201clas correspondientes certificaciones de terceros organismos como Anmat y, en gran cantidad de casos, result\u00f3 ser falsificada\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, precisaron que los contenedores tra\u00edan una peque\u00f1a carga que consist\u00eda en alimentos y comestibles sin un m\u00ednimo de salubridad, y carente de la intervenci\u00f3n de Anmat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el director general de Aduanas, Guillermo Michel, sostuvo que \u201cla Aduana acaba de evitar una maniobra de ingreso ilegal de mercader\u00eda por aproximadamente $ 1.000 millones de pesos\u201d, e indic\u00f3 que se trat\u00f3 de cinco contenedores, son 35 millones de juguetes por un valor en plaza de casi $ 293 millones de pesos, 9.950.000 millones de anteojos por un valor de $ 313 millones de pesos y 7.000.000 cierres por aproximadamente $ 13 millones de pesos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presente maniobra requiri\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de la Justicia Nacional en lo Penal Econ\u00f3mico, la cual una vez realizadas las acciones e intervenciones de rigor autoriz\u00f3 el traslado de la mercader\u00eda secuestrada al Dep\u00f3sito de Tasa Escobar a fin de facilitar las tareas de verificaci\u00f3n y aforo por parte del personal aduanero, y participaron tambi\u00e9n del procedimiento las c\u00e1maras del juguete, de cierres y de \u00f3pticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la C\u00e1mara Argentina de la Industria del Juguete, Emmanuel Poletto, destac\u00f3 que de cara al d\u00eda del ni\u00f1o \u201cesta cantidad important\u00edsima de juguetes iban a generar un da\u00f1o importante a la industria nacional\u201d y explic\u00f3 que en la Argentina \u201chay 180 f\u00e1bricas de juguetes y que la industria genera 8.000 puestos de trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara Argentina de la Industria \u00d3ptica, Norberto Fermani, dijo al respecto: \u201cEstamos ante un hecho totalmente irregular, un operativo que por lo menos en mi caso como presidente de la industria \u00f3ptica no lo he visto en d\u00e9cadas.
