All\u00ed denunci\u00f3 la omisi\u00f3n de los fiscales <strong>Diego Luciani y Sergo Mola<\/strong> y subray\u00f3 que no hayan observado, la &#8220;frecuencia y la familiaridad de la relaci\u00f3n&#8221; entre<strong> Luis Caputo y Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez,<\/strong> probada en documentaci\u00f3n con registros de llamadas entre ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acerca del labor de los fiscales, CFK plante\u00f3: &#8220;<strong>No vieron que hab\u00eda una asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita<\/strong>&#8221; entre Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez y empresarios relacionados con el macrismo como Nicol\u00e1s Caputo y Eduardo Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Cuando el fiscal Diego Luciani dice &#8216;donde uno aprieta sale pus&#8217;, tiene raz\u00f3n; sale la pus de ustedes, los macristas&#8221;, dijo Cristina, quien luego agreg\u00f3 que no tiene la m\u00e1s &#8220;m\u00ednima duda&#8221; de que los 9 millones de d\u00f3lares que L\u00f3pez llev\u00f3 a un convento en Luj\u00e1n pertenec\u00edan a esos empresarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Con contundencia Cristina desmont\u00f3 la acusaci\u00f3n fiscal\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fF9xPMkjae4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfUstedes se enteraron que Caputo haya sido citado o investiagdo?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pas\u00f3 con eso? \u00bfhubo alguna investigaci\u00f3n? \u00bfqu\u00e9 hicieron los fiscales con estos tel\u00e9fonos y estas llamadas?&#8221;, se pregunt\u00f3 CFK, para luego responder: &#8221; Yo me enter\u00e9 cuando estos fiscales introducen esta cuesti\u00f3n, entre gallos y medianoche, a este expediente de vialiadad, de 51 obras viales en la provincia de Santa Cruz&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese sentido, la Vicepresidenta volvi\u00f3 a interrogar: \u00bfnadie investig\u00f3 cuando encuentran a un tipo con 9 millones de d\u00f3lares revoleando en un convento?, s\u00ed se investig\u00f3, \u00bfsaben qu\u00e9 pas\u00f3?, se mand\u00f3 un oficio a la reserva federal de Estados Unidos porque hab\u00eda fajos termosellados salidos de la Reserva Federal y que uno de esos fajos fue enviado al Banco FinanSud&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguiendo ese l\u00ednea argumentativa, CFK, vincul\u00f3 al Banco FinanSud con la propiedad de S\u00e1nchez C\u00f3rdoba, &#8220;quien integraba la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva de Boca Con Macri y Angelici&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Vicepresidenta puso en evidencia que la fiscal\u00eda omiti\u00f3 mensajes que vinculas a funcionarios del macrismo con la intenci\u00f3n de perseguirla judicialmente y proscribirla electoralmente.
