{"id":81114,"date":"2022-08-25T16:17:22","date_gmt":"2022-08-25T19:17:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=81114"},"modified":"2022-08-25T16:22:22","modified_gmt":"2022-08-25T19:22:22","slug":"embajadores-argentinos-firmaron-carta-de-respaldo-a-cristina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/08\/25\/embajadores-argentinos-firmaron-carta-de-respaldo-a-cristina\/81114\/","title":{"rendered":"Embajadores argentinos firmaron carta de respaldo a Cristina"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En el manifiesto los diplom\u00e1ticos expresaron su \u201ccateg\u00f3rico rechazo a la ileg\u00edtima persecuci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tico-judicial\u201d que es v\u00edctima la Vicepresidenta.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los<strong> embajadores argentinos en veinte naciones del mundo<\/strong> firmaron un manifiesto de apoyo a la vicepresidenta <strong>Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misiva publicada este jueves, los diplom\u00e1ticos expresaron su \u201c<strong>categ\u00f3rico rechazo ante la ileg\u00edtima persecuci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tico-judicial<\/strong>\u201d del que es blanco la Vicepresidenta por parte del \u00b4partido judicial\u00b4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en el texto advirtieron que el \u201c<strong>injustificable hostigamiento\u201d contra la expresidenta busca su \u201cproscripci\u00f3n\u201d y al mismo tiempo \u201cdisciplinar a la dirigencia<\/strong>\u201d para reinstaurar el modelo neoliberal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>La situaci\u00f3n de acoso medi\u00e1tico y judicial se materializa en un sinf\u00edn de irregularidades judiciales que vulneran el debido proceso y las garant\u00edas legales establecidas por la Constituci\u00f3n y los Tratados Internacionales<\/strong>\u201d, remarcaron los embajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los firmantes aseguraron que \u201cen las causas que permanecen abiertas no caben dudas que las malas pr\u00e1cticas procesales procuran apartar a Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner de la vida pol\u00edtica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, se\u00f1alaron que \u201chabida cuenta de las innumerables irregularidades legales y procesales que signan estos casos, los firmantes exigimos que se tomen en consideraci\u00f3n las conclusiones del informe de la Relator\u00eda Especial de Naciones Unidas de 2019, las cuales cuestionaban la independencia de los magistrados y abogados involucrados en varias de las causas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los diplom\u00e1ticos que firmaron el manifiesto en apoyo a Cristina fueron: <strong>Ariel Basteiro<\/strong> (Bolivia), <strong>Rafael Bielsa<\/strong> (Chile), <strong>Daniel Scioli<\/strong> (Brasil), <strong>Carlos Tomada <\/strong>(M\u00e9xico) y <strong>Carlos Raimundi <\/strong>(OEA) Tambi\u00e9n reci\u00e9n llegados a sus puestos diplom\u00e1ticos actuales como <strong>Oscar Laborde<\/strong> (Venezuela), <strong>Gabriel Fuks<\/strong> (Ecuador) y <strong>Pablo Vilas<\/strong> (Honduras), <strong>Sabino Vaca Narvaja<\/strong> (embajador en China), <strong>Daniel Capitanich<\/strong> (Nicaragua) y <strong>Luis Ilarregui<\/strong> (Cuba).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y adem\u00e1s, <strong>Gustavo Dzugala<\/strong> (Colombia), <strong>Domingo Peppo<\/strong> (Paraguay) y <strong>Eduardo Zua\u00edn<\/strong>, destacado en Rusia.
