{"id":83866,"date":"2022-10-19T09:15:28","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T12:15:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=83866"},"modified":"2022-10-19T09:15:31","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T12:15:31","slug":"cristina-fue-aceptada-como-querellante-en-la-causa-que-investiga-a-revolucion-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/10\/19\/cristina-fue-aceptada-como-querellante-en-la-causa-que-investiga-a-revolucion-federal\/83866\/","title":{"rendered":"Cristina fue aceptada como querellante en la causa que investiga a Revoluci\u00f3n Federal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se trata de la organizaci\u00f3n de ultra derecha vinculada a Fernando Sabag Montiel y su novia Brenda Ulialte.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vicepresidenta Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner fue aceptada este martes como&nbsp;<strong>querellante en la causa en la que se investigan las amenazas y los mensajes violentos difundidos en redes sociales por el espacio conocido como Revoluci\u00f3n Federal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue adoptada por el juez federal Marcelo Mart\u00ednez de Giorgi en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n que se encuentra bajo secreto de sumario y delegada en el fiscal Gerardo Pollicita, seg\u00fan detallaron a T\u00e9lam fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El abogado Jos\u00e9 Manuel Ubeira, que representa a Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner, pidi\u00f3 este martes que se investigue el financiamiento de Revoluci\u00f3n Federal y consider\u00f3 que los aportes a esa entidad realizados por la familia del exministro de Finanzas del Gobierno de Cambiemos Luis Caputo &#8220;no son una casualidad&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Habr\u00eda que tener alg\u00fan grado de romanticismo para creer que la presencia de la familia Caputo es casualidad en los aportes que reciben estas personas. Hab\u00edan arrancado con una transferencia de un mill\u00f3n setecientos mil pesos, y despu\u00e9s hay otra de siete millones de pesos. Si hay alguna explicaci\u00f3n, que la den&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ubeira en declaraciones a El Destape Radio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n para que la vicepresidenta sea tenida por querellante fue realizada ayer por Ubeira y Marcos Aldazabal, los mismos abogados que representan a la exmandataria en la causa en la que se investiga\u00a0el intento de magnicidio ejecutado por el ahora detenido Fernando Andr\u00e9 Sabag Montiel el 1\u00b0 de septiembre pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los abogados quieren tomar contacto con el expediente para poder conocer las pruebas, toda vez que no descartan que pueda surgir alg\u00fan tipo de vinculaci\u00f3n entre esa causa y aquella en la que se investiga el atentado fallido, radicada en el juzgado de Mar\u00eda Eugenia Capuchetti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata de la organizaci\u00f3n de ultra derecha vinculada a Fernando Sabag Montiel y su novia Brenda Ulialte.
