Se trata del precandidato a concejal distrital por La Matanza en 2021 en la boleta de Avanza Libertad, que encabez\u00f3 el economista y hoy diputado Jos\u00e9 Luis Espert, junto con Carolina P\u00edparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, se prendieron todas las alarmas en torno al militante libertario vinculado con Jos\u00e9 Luis Espert y Javier Milei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de una carta escrita de pu\u00f1o y letra, con su firma y hasta una huella digital, el detenido por el atentado a Cristina Kirchner pidi\u00f3 que se aparte al abogado oficial Juan Martin Hermida para que el referente del espacio Nueva Centroderecha, sea la persona que le elija y le designe un nuevo abogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado por el intento de magnicidio, se neg\u00f3 a declarar en dos ocasiones y, en una tercera ocasi\u00f3n, habl\u00f3 ante la jueza y el fiscal. En ese momento, se mostr\u00f3 desconectado con la realidad y solicit\u00f3 que identifiquen al hombre que lo golpe\u00f3 cuando lo detuvieron tras los disparos fallidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, se neg\u00f3 a hablar sobre la noche del 1 de septiembre e indic\u00f3 \u00e9l era &#8220;el hombre gris&#8221;, en referencia a unos escritos de Benjam\u00edn Solari Parravicini, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3<em>&nbsp;La Naci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante ese intercambio con la jueza federal Mar\u00eda Eugenia Capuchetti, Sabag Montiel dej\u00f3 claro que Hermida no era quien \u00e9l quer\u00eda como abogado.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cYo no quiero a este defensor.
