Exacta y precisa descripci\u00f3n de las maniobras del Partido Judicial.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/cO0E3y1ELS\">https:\/\/t.co\/cO0E3y1ELS<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ghDjk9n3za\">pic.twitter.com\/ghDjk9n3za<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Cristina Kirchner (@CFKArgentina) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CFKArgentina\/status\/1589669999207383041?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 7, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la nota, firmada por la periodista Irina Hauser, se describe los distintos movimientos que jueces y fiscales vienen protagonizando en las causas utilizadas para perseguir a la vicepresidenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl ejemplo reciente m\u00e1s contundente vino de la mano de un dictamen del procurador interino Eduardo Casal, que le propuso a la Corte Suprema \u2014enemistada con el Gobierno\u2014 que reabra la causa \u201cD\u00f3lar Futuro\u201d, emblema de los expedientes utilizados para perseguir, y que revoque los sobreseimientos de Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner y Axel Kicillof, entre otros\u201d sostiene la nota en cuesti\u00f3n y adelanta que \u201cnoviembre ser\u00e1 un mes caliente en lo que ata\u00f1e a causas armadas y fogoneadas por el macrismo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCasualmente \u201cD\u00f3lar Futuro\u201d, \u201cMemorandum\u201d y &#8220;Hotesur-Los Sauces&#8221; son casos donde hubo tribunales que dictaron fallos que directamente cuestionaban las acusaciones contra CFK y otros exfuncionarios y definieron que no se hicieran los juicios orales. Algunas de esas sentencias confirmaron y describieron c\u00f3mo se edificaron las imputaciones, en dos de ellos transformando pol\u00edticas de gobierno en supuestos delitos.
