{"id":89184,"date":"2023-02-14T10:38:58","date_gmt":"2023-02-14T13:38:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=89184"},"modified":"2023-02-14T10:39:04","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T13:39:04","slug":"imputan-a-la-prepaga-omint-por-no-garantizar-el-acceso-a-la-ive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/02\/14\/imputan-a-la-prepaga-omint-por-no-garantizar-el-acceso-a-la-ive\/89184\/","title":{"rendered":"Imputan a la prepaga OMINT por no garantizar el acceso a la IVE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cLa empresa obstaculiz\u00f3 la pr\u00e1ctica, demor\u00f3 el tr\u00e1mite y la atenci\u00f3n a la paciente&#8221;, asegur\u00f3 el Gobierno de la Provincia en un comunicado. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n, Ciencia e Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de la provincia de Buenos Aires<\/strong> inform\u00f3 hoy que imput\u00f3 a la empresa de medicina prepaga <strong>Omint de Servicios SA por no garantizar el acceso al derecho a la Interrupci\u00f3n Voluntaria del Embarazo (IVE)<\/strong> <strong>de una paciente socia de su sistema de salud, <\/strong>incumpliendo la Ley Nacional de Defensa del Consumidor y a la Ley Nacional de acceso a la IVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un comunicado difundido hoy, se indic\u00f3 que \u201c<strong>la empresa obstaculiz\u00f3 la pr\u00e1ctica, demor\u00f3 el tr\u00e1mite y la atenci\u00f3n a la paciente, no brind\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n clara y precisa, no garantiz\u00f3 el trato digno y equitativo e incumpli\u00f3 con las condiciones y modalidades de prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de medicina prepaga contratado\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante el reclamo de la persona gestante, <strong>la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Defensa de los Derechos de las y los Consumidores y Usuarios la acompa\u00f1\u00f3 en su planteo <\/strong>y finalmente, accedi\u00f3 al derecho al aborto por intermedio del sistema de salud p\u00fablico de la provincia de Buenos Aires.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cartera que encabeza Augusto Costa indic\u00f3 que tras haber \u201crealizado dentro del marco del procedimiento, traslados a la empresa de la denuncia efectuada y celebrado dos audiencias conciliatorias sin acuerdo,<strong> se procedi\u00f3 a imputar a la empresa de medicina prepaga Omint de Servicios S.A<\/strong> por presuntas infracciones a lo establecido por la Ley Nacional de Defensa del Consumidor, con el fin de garantizar los derechos de las y los consumidores\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cLa empresa obstaculiz\u00f3 la pr\u00e1ctica, demor\u00f3 el tr\u00e1mite y la atenci\u00f3n a la paciente&#8221;, asegur\u00f3 el Gobierno de la Provincia en un comunicado.
