El Gobernador encabez\u00f3 una nueva entrega del Conectar Igualdad Bonaerense, donde reivindic\u00f3 el programa que naci\u00f3 con la presidencia de CFK y respondi\u00f3 al macrismo: \u201cdec\u00edan que entregar computadoras era clientelismo, pero el objetivo es igualar oportunidades\u201d.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabez\u00f3 este viernes el acto de entrega de 158 computadoras a estudiantes de cuatro escuelas secundarias de Florencio Varela y tambi\u00e9n inaugur\u00f3 el nuevo edificio de la Primaria N\u00b0 8 en el barrio El Tropez\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su discurso, el mandatario record\u00f3 que \u201cel Conectar Igualdad fue un programa que impuls\u00f3 el Gobierno Nacional de Cristina en 2010 y que lleg\u00f3 a distribuir 5,5 millones de computadoras a estudiantes de todo el pa\u00eds, pero fue descontinuado en 2015 con la excusa de que en muchas escuelas no hab\u00eda conectividad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al tiempo que tambi\u00e9n hizo menci\u00f3n al recorte del programa durante el gobierno de Cambiemos entre 2015 y 2019: \u201cDespu\u00e9s de una etapa en la que no se entregaron computadoras ni se llev\u00f3 conectividad, nosotros vamos a distribuir notebooks para todos los alumnos y alumnas que cursan el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y ya conectamos 5.500 escuelas que no ten\u00edan internet\u201d sostuvo en el acto que comparti\u00f3 junto al intendente Andr\u00e9s Watson y el director general de Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n, Alberto Sileoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, Kicillof se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201calgunos sectores promueven un discurso que dice que el Estado limita y restringe la libertad, pero para que haya verdaderamente libertad primero tiene que haber condiciones de justicia e igualdad de oportunidades\u201d. \u201cCon este programa buscamos que todos partan desde el mismo lugar: se trata de utilizar al Estado para reconocer derechos y construir oportunidades\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el marco del programa Conectar Igualdad Bonaerense, se distribuyeron 158 notebooks para alumnos y alumnas de las instituciones secundarias 15, 51, 57 y 60. De esta forma, el trabajo articulado entre la Jefatura de Gabinete y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n (DGCyE) ya permiti\u00f3 otorgar 934 dispositivos a j\u00f3venes de los municipios de Berazategui, Pilar, Ezeiza y Florencio Varela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por \u00faltimo, Kicillof resalt\u00f3 que \u201ccomo con el programa de Viajes de Fin de Curso y la apertura de universidades p\u00fablicas, con la entrega de estas computadoras estamos reconociendo un derecho de los y las bonaerenses\u201d. \u201cCuando el Estado reconoce derechos, brinda los instrumentos para que despu\u00e9s todos y todas tengan la posibilidad de elegir libremente lo que quieren hacer\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
