{"id":91630,"date":"2023-03-31T00:23:53","date_gmt":"2023-03-31T03:23:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=91630"},"modified":"2023-03-31T00:23:55","modified_gmt":"2023-03-31T03:23:55","slug":"trabajadores-del-subte-anuncian-paro-en-protesta-por-condiciones-laborales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/03\/31\/trabajadores-del-subte-anuncian-paro-en-protesta-por-condiciones-laborales\/91630\/","title":{"rendered":"Trabajadores del subte anuncian paro en protesta por condiciones laborales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los metrodelegados contin\u00faan con su reclamo de tener dos francos para \u00abreducir la exposici\u00f3n al asbesto\u00bb, y ahora paralizar\u00e1n las l\u00edneas D, E y el Premetro.<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La conducci\u00f3n de la\u00a0Asociaci\u00f3n Gremial de Trabajadores del Subte y Premetro (AGTSYP)anunci\u00f3 para\u00a0este viernes un nuevo paro de actividades, esta vez en las l\u00edneas D, E y en el Premetro, entre las 5.30 y las 7.30.\u00a0De esta manera contin\u00faan con su\u00a0<strong>\u00abplan de lucha en demanda de la inmediata reducci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral para gozar de dos francos\u00bb<\/strong>, entre otras reclamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abMa\u00f1ana, entre las 5.30 y las 7.30, continuaremos nuestro plan de lucha reclamando reducci\u00f3n de la jornada con dos francos, par<strong>a reducir la exposici\u00f3n al asbesto, cambio de flotas contaminadas y reposici\u00f3n de personal faltante\u00bb<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 el gremio por medio de un comunicado de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0Claudio Dellecarbonara, secretariado ejecutivo de la AGTSYP, advirti\u00f3 que\u00a0\u00abel plan de lucha y las medidas de fuerza continuar\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas hasta obtener una respuesta satisfactoria a nuestros reclamos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada de&nbsp;<strong>ayer&nbsp;<\/strong>la organizaci\u00f3n sindical que representa a los trabajadores de los subtes de Buenos Aires ya desarroll\u00f3<strong>&nbsp;una medida de fuerza similar en las l\u00edneas B y C, y en los mismos horarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Los reclamos de los trabajadores del subte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El paro afect\u00f3 a miles de pasajeros que debieron buscar otras alternativas para poder movilizarse, o que en su defecto decidieron esperar en las puertas de las estaciones hasta las 7.30, cuando el servicio comenz\u00f3 a regularizarse.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"724\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-44.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-91632\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-44.png 724w, https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-44-212x300.png 212w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los diferentes comunicados difundidos estos d\u00edas, y que llevan la firma de los secretarios general y adjunto,&nbsp;<strong>Roberto Pianelli<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>N\u00e9stor Segovia<\/strong>, se remarc\u00f3 que el gremio y los funcionarios porte\u00f1os mantuvieron durante meses \u00absucesivas audiencias y reuniones privadas\u00bb en demanda de ese reclamo, y se aclar\u00f3 que la entidad demostr\u00f3 \u00absu buena predisposici\u00f3n para alcanzar un entendimiento\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo,&nbsp;<strong>\u00abla organizaci\u00f3n sindical lamentablemente no recibi\u00f3 hasta ahora una respuesta positiva de la concesionaria (de la red de subtes) Emova y s\u00f3lo evasivas de la empresa Sbase\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo se explic\u00f3 que la necesidad de reducir la jornada semanal se motiv\u00f3 \u00aben cuestiones de salud para disminuir la exposici\u00f3n al asbesto, un mineral cancer\u00edgeno cuya presencia en la red subterr\u00e1nea fue descubierta en 2018\u00bb. Y se pidi\u00f3 \u00abdisculpas a los usuarios para el caso de que sus viajes sean afectados\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n recordaron que&nbsp;<strong>\u00ablos trabajadores del subte ya sumamos tres compa\u00f1eros fallecidos por asbestosis, y tenemos m\u00e1s de 80 afectados por el mineral cancer\u00edgeno cuando a\u00fan no se les ha realizado los ex\u00e1menes de rigor a la totalidad de los trabajadores del subte\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Una \u00abcrisis sanitaria bajo tierra\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Definiendo la situaci\u00f3n como&nbsp;<strong>\u00abuna verdadera crisis sanitaria bajo tierra a la que el Gobierno de la Ciudad y Emova intentan desconocer\u00bb<\/strong>, exigieron \u00abla desabestizaci\u00f3n inmediata de toda la red, el cambio de las flotas contaminadas, la reposici\u00f3n del personal faltante y la reducci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n a los factores insalubres mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de dos francos semanales para todos los trabajadores\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El asbesto es un mineral prohibido por ley en nuestro pa\u00eds desde principios de siglo por ser altamente cancer\u00edgeno.
