La demanda ten\u00eda resarcimientos proyectados de unos USD 14.000 millones y la petrolera local, y tambi\u00e9n contra la espa\u00f1ola Repsol, acordaron pagar USD 287,5 millones cada una, el 2% del potencial de la demanda, sin admitir responsabilidades y quedando eximidas de culpas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cambio de esto, YPF y Repsol se comprometieron a pagar al Fideicomiso un monto de US$ 287,5 millones cada uno, lo que hace una cifra total de US$ 575 millones.
