La medida busca apuntalar la recaudaci\u00f3n y reducir los impactos negativos sobre los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n, emitida a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n General 5.391\/2023 y publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, tiene como objetivo aplicar controles sobre los sectores con mayor capacidad contributiva. Se busca as\u00ed asegurar que empresas con un resultado impositivo igual o superior a $600 millones no eludan el pago de Ganancias debido al c\u00f3mputo de quebrantos acumulados de ejercicios anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El anticipo del 15% deber\u00e1 ser abonado por las empresas alcanzadas que presenten un resultado impositivo sin aplicar la deducci\u00f3n de quebrantos de ejercicios anteriores igual o superior a $600 millones. Esto afectar\u00e1 a menos del 1% del total de personas jur\u00eddicas que presentan declaraciones juradas del impuesto, siempre y cuando no cuenten con un certificado de exenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas deber\u00e1n considerar la declaraci\u00f3n jurada de Ganancias correspondiente al per\u00edodo fiscal 2022, si su cierre de ejercicio fue entre los meses de agosto y diciembre del mismo a\u00f1o. Aquellas cuyo cierre oper\u00f3 entre enero y julio de 2023, deber\u00e1n tener en cuenta la declaraci\u00f3n jurada de Ganancias correspondiente al presente ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pago a cuenta del 15% podr\u00e1 realizarse en hasta tres cuotas, cuyos vencimientos depender\u00e1n de la fecha de cierre de ejercicio de cada empresa. Aquellas con cierre entre agosto y diciembre de 2022 tendr\u00e1n vencimientos entre agosto y octubre de 2023. Las que cerraron entre enero y mayo de 2023, pagar\u00e1n en diciembre de 2023, enero y febrero de 2024; mientras que las que cerraron en junio lo har\u00e1n entre enero y marzo de 2024.
