{"id":98342,"date":"2023-08-05T14:08:16","date_gmt":"2023-08-05T17:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=98342"},"modified":"2023-08-05T14:08:23","modified_gmt":"2023-08-05T17:08:23","slug":"con-fondos-obtenidos-de-qatar-argentina-pago-un-vencimiento-del-fmi-sin-tocar-las-reservas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/08\/05\/con-fondos-obtenidos-de-qatar-argentina-pago-un-vencimiento-del-fmi-sin-tocar-las-reservas\/98342\/","title":{"rendered":"Con fondos obtenidos de Qatar, Argentina pag\u00f3 un vencimiento del FMI \u201csin tocar las reservas\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Gobierno argentino pag\u00f3 los compromisos &#8220;sin tocar las reservas&#8221;, mientras negociaba con el FMI c\u00f3mo reformular el programa y la llegada de los US$ 10.400 millones de desembolsos para el segundo semestre.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por primera vez en su historia, el gobierno argentino efectiviz\u00f3 un pr\u00e9stamo con el emirato de Qatar, y sum\u00f3 as\u00ed otro prestamista para conseguir el objetivo de pagar los compromisos &#8220;sin tocar las reservas&#8221;, mientras negociaba con el FMI c\u00f3mo reformular el programa y la llegada de los US$ 10.400 millones de desembolsos para el segundo semestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una movida in\u00e9dita, el ministro de Econom\u00eda, Sergio Massa, decidi\u00f3 recurrir a distintos tipos de financiamiento alternativo a los desembolsos del Fondo para no comprometer las reservas y cosech\u00f3 sus frutos: primero fue China, y el logro del uso del swap de monedas para financiar los pagos el Fondo; luego, la CAF, y ahora Qatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co el tipo de pr\u00e9stamo alcanzado con Qatar, la Argentina recibir\u00e1, tras un acuerdo bilateral, unos 580 millones de DEG, la moneda del FMI (alrededor de US$ 755 millones) a la misma tasa variable que el FMI aplica a los DEG, que hoy est\u00e1 en el 4,033% anual, y sin ning\u00fan tipo de cobro o inter\u00e9s adicional ni tipo de garant\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00fanico fin del pr\u00e9stamo fue &#8220;fondear el pago del vencimiento de la Argentina con el FMI (por los cargos y sobrecargos) del 4 de agosto de 2023&#8221;, explicaron desde la cartera econ\u00f3mica. Esos vencimientos rondan los US$ 900 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno expres\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito de Qatar se devolver\u00e1 &#8220;una vez que el Directorio Ejecutivo apruebe las revisiones 5ta y 6ta&#8221;, hecho que desencadenar\u00e1 una entrada inmediata al pa\u00eds de US$ 7.500 millones, y est\u00e1 previsto para la segunda quincena de agosto, precisaron desde Econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno argentino pag\u00f3 los compromisos &#8220;sin tocar las reservas&#8221;, mientras negociaba con el FMI c\u00f3mo reformular el programa y la llegada de los US$ 10.400 millones de desembolsos para el segundo semestre.
