La resoluci\u00f3n 1182\/2023, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, detalla la estructura y funciones de esta nueva entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Unidad de Negociaci\u00f3n de Acuerdos de Precios estar\u00e1 integrada por Mat\u00edas Tombolini, Secretario de Comercio, y Gabriel Rubinstein, Secretario de Pol\u00edtica Econ\u00f3mica. Adem\u00e1s, Guillermo Michel, Director General de Aduanas, asumir\u00e1 el rol de coordinador general de la Unidad, consolidando un equipo de expertos en diversos aspectos econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n otorga a la Unidad la facultad de establecer su propio reglamento interno y cuenta con el respaldo material y humano necesario para cumplir eficazmente su funci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se prev\u00e9 la integraci\u00f3n de la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP) en esta iniciativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La creaci\u00f3n de esta Unidad surge como respuesta a la reciente subida del d\u00f3lar mayorista y su posible impacto en los precios de bienes de consumo masivo y combustibles.
